I am Fatima Shaikh, from Jaipur. 3 years back I bought a property from them (Subhan Khan, Mohd. Yunus Khan, or Abdul Hafiz), then they took the land by fraudulently taking my signature and taking some money. Since then these three names are - Subhan Khan, Abdul Hafiz, and Mohd. Yunus Khan. Who calls himself an advocate by profession. He has done many property scams in Jaipur.
How many times I went to them for this, but they did not listen to me. Gave only Rs 2 lakh in cash in lieu of the land taken fraudulently. Since then my phone is not receiving, and I did not get any help when I went to his chamber.
These are the 3 who claim to be well-known advocates of Jaipur. But when I went to the police station to file an FIR against them, I came to know that they have been doing this kind of fraud and property scam for years. These father-sons (Subhan Khan, Mohammad Yunus Khan, or Abdul Hafiz) execute such property scams by taking money every time.
These 3 have been doing this type of property fraud in Jaipur for years, misusing their advocate's authority. And many are running their own houses by looting the money of the noble people.
Neither the police take any action against them, nor do their family members say anything to them. Only earning black money. His shop is in "Shree Ji Ki Mori, JDA Market, Pink City, Jaipur 302002". I informed about this the police station as well, but no action was taken. You should also keep in mind the names of these 3 or do not buy or sell any kind of property from them. One way or the other, these three will do property scams with you too.
