Sir/Madam, On 1st September 2021 I register complaint on toll free number at 11:44 PM for power not received from pole at home. They give me last 3 digits of complaint no. and said resolved problem within 4 hours. Now 24 hours completeing but there has no electricity at my home. I'm complaining again at 12:55 am, today 7:29 am,
8:49 am 8:24 pm, 9:15 pm, 10:18 pm regarding assignment of fault. They are so irresponsible. There are no electricity at my home till now. Was this information helpful? |
