Dear Sir/madam I am Gaurav Bhardwaj r/o House No -70, Banwari Nagar, Ghaziabad had booked a 1580 sq ft flat in October 2011 in “JR Village” Raj nagar extension which was a project of “Jaipuria rishit infrastructure pvt ltd”. Estimated cost of flat was 25 Lakh INR and I paid 30 percent of total amount that is 10 lakh to developer in October 2011 to builder. We were promised that flat would be ready in first half of 2014 however construction work on this project is on hold from December 2011 as this developer had not acquired all the necessary clearance and approvals. I have been visiting their office from November 2013 to get my money back however they are giving us false promise every time. First they have told that we would give your money back in Feb 2014 then in April 14 however we have still not got even a single penny of our hard earner money. They are playing with our emotions and patience and shattered our dream to own a house in NCR. Same is the case with my brother Nitin Sharma who had booked a flat of 1350 Sq ft and paid 8 lakhs to them at the same time when I gave them 10 lakhs. I would like to know what process should be followed to recover my whole life saving from the hand of these cheaters.
