I saw a beautiful pink lehenga on the jaipursuits.com of price 1220. I ordered it by filling details. After 5 days I received. When I opened the product I completely shocked. They send suit of very cheap quality and price of 200.
I mailed the jaipursuits.com and send return request. They confirmed but they say that the product which I delivered will not picked up by them, i have to self courier my product to their address and money will come in jaipursuits wallet. When I went on jaipursuits.com for log in my account
I found that it's showing incorrect login credentials. Hundred of times I tried but i couldn't log in my account. After that I thought to reset my password but OTP is not coming on mobile number .
I again mailed them but no any response came.
How can I believe that they will return my money in jaipursuits wallet even I am not able to log in my account.
If my account will not log in by Me then where will they send amount.
They are making people fool and lotting them .
Kindly take action on this website and make my product delivered by this website on my address which I had ordered. I am not going to self courier my product until they respond my mail and solve my log in problem.
