My kyc updation for SAVING ACCOUNT NO. [protected] is pending Since last 15 days with AXIS BANK, Branch code-0161, having address at Dhiraj Baug, (Near Hari Niwas Circle) Lbs Marg, Thane (West) branch. I am taking continuous follow ups but branch concerned person ( EMPLOYEE CODE 487972 ) Mr. Anushk Gaikwad and their associates is giving false excuses and statements about RE-KYC documents process and every time they change the statement and require different documents and requirements which seems either lack of knowledge on their part or due to negligence behavior they are giving false statements . We submit all the required standard documents as per bank requirements still they are not showing responsibility to do re-kyc . It seems that either bank is not giving any incentive for such re-kyc work or there are no prescribed guideline or policy or time frame for completion of the KYC process after receiving the required standard documents . Bank should adhere the kyc process on time otherwise bank has no right to debit the fridge or stopping of transactions in the account due to want of re-kyc.
Really got harassed with axis bank services.. Please do my kyc urgently as all the documents already submitted in bank . Concerned person is sometimes asking for doing any further business with the bank and without that Bank staff is not interest to do kyc and they harass to the account holder by asking to visit the branch again and again and requirements o[censored]nwanted documents .
It is advised that bank should take immediate action against such wrong doers and should frame the guideline and time frame for pupation of kyc and should give acknowledgement to the account holder so that they can not manipulate the things . Regards [protected] Was this information helpful? |
