The sewer in front of my house at B-1/31, Sector-J, Aliganj, Lucknow has been overflowing for the last one month. I had made a complaint online to the Municipal Corporation, Lucknow vide No.658716 on 12/12/19, to the Jal Sansthan Control Room on 23/12/19, the CM's portal vide no. [protected] on 29/12/19, in the Swatchata App on 1/1/20, got it published in Navbharat Times dated 3/1/20 & have sent e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com on 4/1/20 (along with the photograph) but it has not been set right till now. The Municipal Corporation, Lucknow reported that the complaint has been resolved on 24/12/19 & the Swatchata App also reported the same which was totally FALSE as nobody even visited the area. I complained again to the Municipal Corporation online vide no.662213 on 4/1/20 as also to the Swatchata App on 4/1/20 that the complaint has NOT been resolved & the complaint was RE-OPENED. But despite so many complaints the sewer is still overflowing & dirty water is flowing on the road & the drain which is causing great inconvenience to the public & is a health hazard.
