I have made a booking bearing order no :[protected] dated 12/10/2020 at 10:47:36 for refill. To my utter surprise i received a sms conveying that the refill cylinder has already been delivered which i never received. Again upon entering the DAC the invoice appears containing invoice no:[protected] dated 12/10/2020, distributor serial number[protected], relationship id :[protected].
So in this context i want to register a complain against my lpg distributor & redress my booking order for refill at the earliest possible time. Was this information helpful? |
