Jan Kalyan Grah Nirman Sanstha — Not giving my plot after making full payment at mahalaxmi colony, indore (m. p.)

Respected Sir / Madam,

We book one plot at Maha laxmi nagar, near bombay hospital of 30*50 Sq. Ft.
As collaborater is Jan kalyan grah nirman sanstha in the year 1985..and they take in instalments plot charges, even we paid all charges and they had given in written our plot no. Is F block 85.
Till 2002 we are in touch with authorities but they had not issued plots later on we shift to Delhi.. in the year 2007 we get to know that they are alloting plots but they refuse to us firstly and said needs domicile certificate first .. how we will brought as we shift to Delhi and there is no any clause earlier.. even they said wait we will arrange and allot you later on but always they linger on and in last they said you will take back your invested fund but why we take back our fund we need our plot and after that we put case in indore court but as they are from political background the case is linger on and not getting any solid reply to get our plot..
Now request to you please help us and take some strict action against jan kalyan grah nirman sanstha and issue our plot at the earliest..or let us know way out..
