Hi,

This is regarding the above said loan account, we have started the payment in the month of Nov 2012 and the last payment of 55000/- ie 36 th installment was collected on 31st Oct 2015. Person collecting the payments told me that he will close the loan and send me the letter. And given me the receipt as closure installment. But now they have updated my credit information as a defaulter. How on the earth after making all the payments they can remark me as a defaulter? Please help me to resolve this . and to clear my credit information report.
