Jansamarth Website — Release my PAN from their end and close or reject my all applications.

I tried to apply for CSIS scheme through jansamarth portal but was not able to receive loan as the banks were asking to apply through vidyalakshmi portal.
Now I'm unable to apply from vidyalakshmi portal because of my registration in jansamarth and not getting any education loan from either of them.

I tried to resolve my problem from vidyalakshmi portal but they asked me to either close or reject my application and unregister me from jansamarth portal.
And release my PAN from your end.

So I kindly request you to unregister me.

Kindly help me out.
