Dear Sir

I purchased Jaguar bathroom fittings in 2017 & soon I started facing problem in the plating qualty. Due to some grains & rust type problem, the taps etc looks to dirty & spoils looks of the bathroom.

I had complained many times but servicing engineer is some how not paying proper attention to this problem. Why only in some fittings such problem is faced whereas other fittings are in perfect condition....

Since your employee try to sort out last complaint, the jet start to leak more than before...

I have been calling customer service centre since morning but the call gets disconnected within 30 seconds...
I have been trying to call customer service centre because the jet spray shower is been broken I wana get that fixed asap...
But as I am not able to file a complaint please help me out reach ..

The overhead shower is leaking and I had raised a complaint (service call no.[protected]. The technician Kedarnath came and checked and just verbally said that the pressure is high. He gave the branch managers number (Kiran Kumar N) and we spoke saying that the pressure is normal. Kedarnath visited our house again on 9th March and checked the pressure. It was 2.5kg (normal pressure) and I have clicked photos of it. The branch manager is not...

I recently purchase a overhead shower of jaquar from haryana marbles SRINAGAR.but when I install it the overhead shower is not working then I complaint aginst this from customer care no.my complaint no is 00298219

Complaint was raised on 1st March bearing complaint number[protected] but even after a week issue not resolved and TAT for issue resolution in 72 hours.

Even after repeated reminders and follow up issue not resolved,...

Hot faucet loose and water output is low...

The single diverter of jaquar is not working properly.The shower button doesn't remain pressed as a result, shower gets turned off....

I have been abused and misbehaved by your technician ( gurbeant singh - +[protected] today morning i as called him to replace my parts ( nut bolts of body shower) that he mistakenly lost during the repair of my jaquar body shower few days back. I closed the complaint that day as he assured me that he will bring the ( nut bolts from jaquar) and will replace with in days. Its been 20-25 days i have been calling him regularly and his partner...

Tap is not functional both ways...

I have complete range of jaquar products in my house from little taps to wc diverter’s etc but now i m facing issue i.e., leakage problem and removal of top layer (shiny layer polish) of diverters. So i m very disappointed by the quality bcoz its been only 3 yrs from the purchase and all of these problems are occurring very frequently. So please resolve my complaint ASAP...

Single lever not a work properly...

I myself bhavin soni residing at B 202 Divine Desire, Palanpor Canal Road, Surar and installed toilet flush of Jaguar company but since beginning of installation it is totally not working and dur this i am facing lots of diffuculty so request you to attend my complaint and resolve....

Sir, i hava a water linkage problems...

I have sent a complaint to jaquar on 25.01.22 as their toll free no is not responding. It was booked on 31.1.22. Service person told me long knob will be instaled in diverter . He will give me a call when it will be arranged. This time this call is to be closed.
After three days he stopped to pick my phone call.
I again registered a complaint. No one visited and more than 10 days gone.
No response till date...

There flushing system is failing very frequently within two months of installation. We made the last complaint to Jaquar on 19th February 2022 vide complaint no: 00236014 but no repair as of now....

Water is leaking from Tap mixture. Get it resolved as soon as possible....

I have launched a complaint on 18 Feb 2022 and the complaint number is 00228212.
The complaint was regarding water leakage from Concealed toilet flush tank.

However, the technician has been visited in my flat on 21 Feb and the issue was not resolved. He was providing the invalid reason and trying to blame the person who has done the fitting of flush tank.
