I bought sink tap and jet spray 6 months back from slv ceramics in sarjapur (bangalore-560035)when we were getting interiors done.I just moved back a month back to the new house and within a month o[censored]sage i see that the
1)sink tap coating is peeling out
2) jet spray is leaking from top portion.So i am always suppose to close the valve to avoid water wastage

i have invested thinking its a brand where i need not lookback till some good amount of years.Very dissappointed with the product.Please let me know how you can help me?

All bath room tap aerator chrome has faded and chipped off. Replacement not available. Customer service centre not of any use

I have been using only Jaquar products for my house, recently i bought a bathroom fittings for my new house, but your authorised dealer name Taharat Sanitary fittings sold the products to me more than MRP rate, when i enquired about the same that you are doing in same way and he advise to put a case in Consumer Court.

Kindly advise a way forward to address my grievance.

Last two days there is some problem with our toilet flush tank knob. After pressing the flush knob its get stucked in pressing position and the water keeps flushing continuously without stopping. Trying to call on your toll free number to lodge a complaint but everytime the telephone line shows busy. Pls contact immediately to avoid Wastage of water

There is leakage in my health faucet and tap and blockage in shower area diverter

I file i complaint regarding Jaquar Steam on Dec 13, 2021 But the problem is not resolved yet and did not get any update from service provider, i tired to calling on [protected], but always they give me time of 1 week, its being 3 Months, Kindly do the needfull,...

On 5th January 2022 we got service done from Jaguar care as there was leakage in our taps and 2 valves in the wash basin had to be changed. The service person changed the valves and the phase in one of the mixer washroom tap but since then the pressure with which water comes has reduced drastically. Water doesn't come in proper flow in all the three places where service was done.
Kindly arrange for another service person to rectify the problem.

I purchased Jaguar bathroom fittings in 2017 & soon I started facing problem in the plating qualty. Due to some grains & rust type problem, the taps etc looks to dirty & spoils looks of the bathroom.

I had complained many times but servicing engineer is some how not paying proper attention to this problem. Why only in some fittings such problem is faced whereas other fittings are in perfect condition.
I have run from pillar to post by sending mails, complaining at toll free numbers, contacted area service technician, dealers but except false assurance nothing has been done to resolve the issues.
The bathroom mixture knob moment gets harder during hot water supply
The washbasin mixture plating has been pealed of. To get proper normal water supply we have to turn the knob 3 times where as hot water supply starts with half turn.
Secondly, the geyser hot water supply line is connected to water mixture in the bathroom & also to the mixture on the washbasin.

Right from date of purchase, I have many times complained that when center knob of bathroom mixture is closed the water flow is stopped in bathroom mixture but hot water does not come in washbasin mixture unless hot water supply knob of bathroom mixture is closed.

I am unable to understand why hot water supply in washbasin mixture is stopped when hot water supply knob is open but centre knob of bathroom mixture is closed

At one time, we are unable to get hot water supply in both bathroom & washbasin mixtures.

This mystery is still unresolved since date of installation. I am unable to understand that how hot water supply in washbasin mixture is linked to mixture of bathroom.

I have been calling customer service centre since morning but the call gets disconnected within 30 seconds...
I have been trying to call customer service centre because the jet spray shower is been broken I wana get that fixed asap...
But as I am not able to file a complaint please help me out reach ..

The overhead shower is leaking and I had raised a complaint (service call no.[protected]. The technician Kedarnath came and checked and just verbally said that the pressure is high. He gave the branch managers number (Kiran Kumar N) and we spoke saying that the pressure is normal. Kedarnath visited our house again on 9th March and checked the pressure. It was 2.5kg (normal pressure) and I have clicked photos of it. The branch manager is not answering the calls and our problem persists with no solution. Very disappointed with the attitude shown towards customers

I recently purchase a overhead shower of jaquar from haryana marbles SRINAGAR.but when I install it the overhead shower is not working then I complaint aginst this from customer care no.my complaint no is 00298219

Complaint was raised on 1st March bearing complaint number[protected] but even after a week issue not resolved and TAT for issue resolution in 72 hours.

Even after repeated reminders and follow up issue not resolved,

Hot faucet loose and water output is low

The single diverter of jaquar is not working properly.The shower button doesn't remain pressed as a result, shower gets turned off.

I have been abused and misbehaved by your technician ( gurbeant singh - +[protected] today morning i as called him to replace my parts ( nut bolts of body shower) that he mistakenly lost during the repair of my jaquar body shower few days back. I closed the complaint that day as he assured me that he will bring the ( nut bolts from jaquar) and will replace with in days. Its been 20-25 days i have been calling him regularly and his partner ( harwinder sing from jaquar - +[protected] but today moring gurbeant singh abused me and said do whatever you want to do no one is going to listen to customer as this company jaquar only listen to its technicians. This is totally a case of customer harassment and i urge you to take strict action on what’s happening on the ground level with customer.
