Flush is overflow last one month

I am Chandigarh resident,
Problem faced
Fitting of WC cover not proper,
Complaint on customer care 3 times,
No response,
Called directly Mr. Dogra Marketing Head as i know, he raised 🤚 his hand up,
Shopkeeper giving Phone nos. Again and again of different persons.
Please solve the problem with immediate effect.

Our bathroom tab is leaking continously. If we open the tab, the flow of water gets reduced slowly.

The element does not work as per your representative, who did not correct it as the part not available with jaquar since over one month. your representative said to pay 1250 for this being corona period. three times the complaint have been filed and today again your representative said no part available and talk to company HQ.
Such an eminent company and no part available is not only surprising but shameful also. I regret to buy this...

I complained for leakage in shower cock and also low outflow of water from cold water section.your technician came.they replace two spindles.yet the problem is not solved.please do needful to solve my problem.i am using jaguar since 20 years .and my all bathrooms are having jaguar fittings and accessories.please help to solve problems.

Complaint number 00149329 DTD.02.02.2022

A Service Technican Mr.Akshay called me up and didn't come to my house.Again I connected him after 2-3 hrs and he asked me to send the photos of the Jaquar Mixer Tap and I sent him on WhatsApp.He commited to come on 3rd February, Till today didn't turn up and not responding..
Horrible Service Technican !

I have purchased a geyser from jaquar and its not working after a week of purchasing it. Tried calling and mailing them lot of times but they are not doing anything. Attaching the bill and chain mail for your reference

Mixer not working properly

Dear Jaquar Team,

I recently renovated my house. I have used Jaquar bath fittings and now the jet spray pipe is leaking in 4 months.

Your executive says the jet spray pipe is chargeable.

Where is the product warranty? Why is there Jaquar fitting in our house?

Please resolve this issue with high priority.

I’ve recently bought concealed flush tanks from Jaquar and they’ve been leaking ever since. I’ve logged a service request twice and the service personnel has come twice to fix this issue. But the leak continues to repeat every time. I’m regretting buying a product from Jaquar and I’ve logged my third request now.

One WC (western comode) at my home -has a lid/cover of which the connecting part is damaged (the ring and cover is intact) and so the cover and ring keeps falling off.

Since around 3 years i have been complaining to and chasing customer care, service personnel, local dealers, regional service providers to find me a solution to this- but they are not able to do anything about it.. which i get to know after several attempts and wasted efforts from my end.

For very simple small parts that are missing- i am told that these are not kept in surplus so the whole cover has to be replaced. First of all, that is gross waste of resources and very unmindful towards environment- as a whole lot of plastic will have to be discarded when some tiny spares could have done the job (obviously not to mention the cost of replacement of whole unit to a customer).

I understand that companies can not run with the environment in mind but i guess its high time they do.. (but thats not the issue here)

Anyway, i have little children who use this WC and i am very scared they might fall into it because of the moving ring and lid and so i have been agreeing to replace whole cover and hence been asking for the replacement.

But alas, they say that it's an old model so even the lid and cover is not available!!

We installed this WC about 9 years back along with others in our house. They are all spic and span and beautifully maintained. I am sure many people and organizations maintain such items that way and they last for decades...So for the company to leave me hanging by giving "old model" excuse is completely unacceptable. I hope Jaquar does not expect me to dig out this WC to replace with a newer one for such a minor damage?

I have called and told so many jaquar representatives about this and i am worn out now. They ask me to call again if issue is not resolved- but just how many times and to what avail? Each time i end up going in loop through the same process to still get no solution... Eventually i mailed them almost a week back, they said they have asked the area rep to sort it, but no one has called or replied since then.

The dwindling ring is a big safety hazard for little kids at home (being basic necessity.) I have told them so and they choose to ignore it. Completely unacceptable and unfair.

I have jaquar taps in my kitchen.But i am unable to use hot water side as i am unable to open tap on that side.So its a humble request to you to fix this problem as soon as possible.I shall be very thankful to you.

I have purchased geyser elena 6 ltr .
No services from local support. All person avoid by any reasons. Complaint 2 time but closed automaticaly without solve.

I have purchased your product a single piece Commode and bath mixture tap and total fittings in 2008 .But since 2008 I am facing regular issues regarding leakage of water from attached cistern. In these past years I faced several times issues of Leakage of water.You may also see it in your records complained by me .
I am dissatisfied with your services. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible before I move to Consumer court.
