Repeat problem : Kitchen tap water leakage. Earlier problem was reported to the company....

Leakage in flushing...

I purchased a jaquar quadrant shower enclosure in black from bathroom City in UK. Unfortunately the glass panels were flawed and didn’t fit correctly.
A Jaquar appointed engineer visited and his efforts resulted the glass shattering and causing damage to a newly fitted bathroom.
A second enclosure was delivered and while this wasn’t perfect either, a few tweaks to the roller hinges meant the door could be made to work....

The water is leaking front the tap need to fix the leaking water tap...

I installed hand jet of Jaquar in washroom last week but it's not working now, so pls send technician for checking the issue...

Bathroom fitting mixer right side tap not holding water continuously draining.
Fitting was purchase withing a month.

Falsh wall in our toilet is leaking continuously....

Your service engineer had visited us to replace a part and had put up an indent for the same to be replaced within 3/4 days time. Till date we have not hear on the subject and there is no response on your numbers on our follow up. Request the pending job work id immediately attended to, failing which we would escalate the matter to your higher ups....

Jet spray is leakage and shower is not working properly...

The bathroom and kitchen fittings are under warranty. However there has been some leakage in the bathroom shower and the kitchen fitting got jammed.

I have been trying to reach out to consumer complaint number but noone has answered it.

Please visit the premises and ensure the in-warranty fittings are replaced...
