Bathroom tap 🚰 for direct water supply has leakage problem.It is under warranty so please resolve it as soon as possible....

We purchased Jaquar sanitary items & bathroom fittings just 3 months ago.The hydraulic of the commode is not working. The flushing system is also not adjusted properly. The water level is not as much as it is supposed to be. So it does not clear properly. Last but not the least, mixture taps purchased are not flexible. Whenever we open & close the taps, a sound arises. We are having these problems from 1.5 months. We have registered the complaint...

I brought CNS-WHT-959N commode 13 September 2019 now I am facing problem with leakage of water from inside the commode since 4 months, I got service from your center and even after 4-5 time same issues is there still issue is not solved . I have braught the wall hung Kamode and after installation within 25 days o[censored]se it has got hair line cracks.

we are very disappointed because after raising complaint also now its more that 10 days I don't have any clarity from Jaquar customer care. Please find my complaint number 00791595.

Kindly replaced the Kamode at earliest....

Geysers installed some time ago is non functional. Reflects E0. Another Geyser installed in the upper floor also is non functional. People are at their 70s. Need warm water for bathing purposes.

Leakage in tap...

I have purchased concealed tank with wall hanging pot from Nobel sanitation Ujjain in December 2020. After fitting and installation water is continuously leaking in hanging pot after the tank filled . Please check and do the needful to solve my problem . It will be a great loss to me if I break the walls to open concealed tank .

Urinal flush not working...

In the bathroom hot water flow is very weak for shower but cold water flow is good.
Washbasin has good hot water flow. The particular problem is only for shower and tap in the bathroom...
