Dear sir

we have purchased bathroom fittings Within a short span of time all the bathroom fittings are looking very bad due to Rust.
It is a bathroom product and it should be with rust proof. But to our surprise it become rusty.

First they told us your marbel polish is done by chemical and rust has come

When on second inspection we told them it is tile not marbel then telling u have clean with chemical I asked if it is with chemical then why extreme sides of plate is damage for which they have no answer.

I have registered complaint But there is No proper Response from the service Jaguar team office. Service guy taken 1 product from us in evening 8 pm on 2 july 21 and told will be sending to quality team will take 1 week but to our surprise Mr omkar singh reverted in morning told that it has been denied by quality head manish jain in wazir pur office and said product is in front of him in vijay vihar office @ 9.30 am

My question is to Mr omkar singh has company provided u helicopter that in morning Mr manish jain has also inspected in wazir pur office and u have inspected in vijay vihar office

Just trying to fool customers

my case is genuine wherever water touches rust marks coming

Please take action and replace our product

Have been complaining about this and was assured for replacement by your regional office jn Chandigarh. Bought it last September. Useless services and no one responds to mail or calls. Resolve this ASAP.

Sudden drop, loose fitting

We got problem in jaquar slamp button as a result water continuously flushing please send us service man to fix this problem asap

We are living in Golden Sand Appartments Zirakpur (Punjab)

Builder has chosen Jaquar vendor for maintenance stuff for their product installed in kitched and bathrooms.

As a customer Its more than 1 month regarding my tap issue. They got the tap from kitchen and still they have not replaced or repaired.

We asked customer care multiple times but there behavior is rude....

I have lunched comailn against jaquar product on 18 june 2021 which i purchased day before. Complain number 00630365. But still now this is unsolved . I called customer care and delaer and as well as head office still they are foolish me . product quality of jaquar is so poor as well as service of jaquar is 0 ...you people should learn frome others brand.

I have never seen such behaviour from any company. Jaquar is worst in all the services. There is one complain pensing since 4 months. I calls to Serviceman he always tells he is on the way and never comes, this is what he is doing from 4 months. Now when I call customer care they do a conference call with Delhi headquarter and that lady also making fool and dont give and resolution. Since 15 days she is telling that today serviceman will come. I am just fed up of all these things . I seriously wants to take some action against them

Purchased 2 wall hanging WC on 21 June 20
On installation it was found that the push button ring smaller than the hole in the cover of water tank when you pres the button the ring with the button goes in
Made complaint on 24 June
The mechanic took the push button system with the assurance that the same will be resolved on a day or so
No come back from your your service department until today
On contacting one mr Mithun who being as casual as one can be want more time to find out the problem further tooo arrogant to be in in customer services
While buying these prudcts the dealer assured me re after sales services are the best of Jaguar vs others
But unfortunately it is turning out be other way around
I am very disappointed
Can I request you to please resolve the issue asap since we can not use both washrooms

This complaint is regarding Jaquar company.
Product is Shelfy Shower panel bought on 11 August, 2018.
Thermostat is not working and they need to change cartridge.

I have contacted Jaquar several times about shower panel but all in vain. They keep on saying we will change it in few days whenever I call them.
I have also talked to their S.I Kamal Taneja multiple times but he also keeps on lying that someone will come and fix in few days.

Its been already more than 4 months since I did complain for 1st time.

I have attached invoice of the product.

I want either full refund of the product or replace it with new shower panel.

Jet spray not working is has linkage issue

I have just bought this concealed cistern the day before yesterday. On installing, and checking on the flush system and water is leaking even after completion of the flushing. Please attend to the problem asap.

Few months back we have furnished our grievance about taps leaks and sink mixture leakage. The service man has attended taps are working except the sink mixture . The leakage is on the bottom of tap . Please provide necessary service.

I Have Jaquar fittings for my villa, and seems like this is the worst product to buy . i had an issue with diverter top and the person from jaquar came and promised replacement as it was a company manufacturing defect and took the diverter with him, also because of this i had a water logging in walls, which has costed me a fortune .
This person from Jaquar INAYAT from jaquar was assigned he has been avoiding our calls.
6 months is Jaquar kidding. is this even a legitimate company or they have to just sell the products showing that we are a bigger brand.

I need the compensation for this and the promised diverter .

Wc tank water leak regular and not stop and jat shavers leak

Metropol not working properly.

My Jaguar jet spray is leaking a lot. Kindly attend to it as soon as possible as we are loosing a lot of water .

Concealed flush is not working need to repair immediately

Flush that I have taken of jaguar it is having some problem the water is still leaking from the commode I have already logged complain previously. a person came to check and after that he went it was ok but again I am facing the same problem so please help me out as my product is under warranty I have just purchased it 7-8 months back
