We purchased a flat in North goa, the Jaguar tap fittings were provided in the project by the builder. Since last one year the jaguar kitchen tap's faucet developed spitting of the crome causing dark black spots. On lodging complaint the service person sold us some cleaner liquid and told that the problem is sorted out. but application of the cleaner only removed the black spots and the copper under the crome became visible. Subsequent complaints did not yield any solution, the service personnel would not accept that the new problem is due to cleaner solution provided by the company. On third complaint a lot of haggling i had to do with the Service engineer, i gave logic that why only crome on the faucet is spitted and not on other portions of the tap, this time they agreed to get the item checked at the factory, though the engineer appeared that he is in no mood to replace the defective item though it carried a warrant of 10 years for any defect.
Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
