I have bought a Jaquar Shower and after few days of fitting, it starts giving me trouble. By bad was I complaint about this to my dealers and did not make any complaint on Jaquar customer care as I was leaving another city. Now last month when I came back to my home, I saw it stop working and then I raised a complaint on 2th of June 2021 at the customer care. Since then I am waiting for the engineer visit. On June 8th I called customer care again and they shared the service manager no with me. I called him and explain my situation, he added the service engineer on the call and he was saying that due to COVID restriction, your district is not allowing us to visit post 5 hours of the allowed window. Whereas, I confirmed to him that, the home services are allowed throughout the day and you can visit.
Then the manager added his manager on the call and again I explained the situation and he asked me to share any document that allowed the home services post 5 hours slot. Post our call I downloaded the recent orders released by the HP government from the internet and shared with the Area Manager and also called the DC office to confirm the same. The DC officials mentioned the same the home services are allowed. Since then I am trying to connect with both the managers but they are not answering my calls. It's been 7 days I am waiting for the egg and unable to use my bathroom.
