In need of a technician urgently as flush is overflowing

The jaquar tap in our bathroom has been leaking incesstantly since two days. We called the plumber but he suggested that he show it to the company people only.

Request you to repair the same at the soonest.

I have bought a Jaquar Shower and after few days of fitting, it starts giving me trouble. By bad was I complaint about this to my dealers and did not make any complaint on Jaquar customer care as I was leaving another city. Now last month when I came back to my home, I saw it stop working and then I raised a complaint on 2th of June 2021 at the customer care. Since then I am waiting for the engineer visit. On June 8th I called customer care again and they shared the service manager no with me. I called him and explain my situation, he added the service engineer on the call and he was saying that due to COVID restriction, your district is not allowing us to visit post 5 hours of the allowed window. Whereas, I confirmed to him that, the home services are allowed throughout the day and you can visit.

Then the manager added his manager on the call and again I explained the situation and he asked me to share any document that allowed the home services post 5 hours slot. Post our call I downloaded the recent orders released by the HP government from the internet and shared with the Area Manager and also called the DC office to confirm the same. The DC officials mentioned the same the home services are allowed. Since then I am trying to connect with both the managers but they are not answering my calls. It's been 7 days I am waiting for the egg and unable to use my bathroom.

The surface of the tap lost its shine

I booked my wc water leaking through cisten tank my service call no 525786 A, dt 6/6/2021 but company staff charged me Rs 150/-
I also contact on yr toll free no on dt 7/6/21 call was recorded at yr end, yr company staff tell me that this service is free in warranty period, but service man forcelly charge rs, 150/-
Kindly see this undue service charges .and solve this matter....

Our kitchen diverter was leaking a week before. We complained to customer care. A person came from jaquar nd removed the diverter nd took it with him and said it will take one month to repair it. How the kitchen work will be done without tap. Company do not provide any other provision and their service is very delayed. They should understand without tap it's very difficult to work nd they should reduce the time of after sale service.

Flush tank water is leaking after flushing indicating the stop valve mechanism is not working.

Bath mixer not working properly

All the jaquar fitting in my house are rusting. These were possibly the most expensive fittings at the time I bought, trusting that they are high quality- and SS, but all of them have black marks. Earlier i thought maybe that is it water, but no, the paint is peeled and the underneath is showing as 'dots' all over the surface and rusting.

My wife sonia Bindal heaving mobile no [protected] has done 10 complaints of our one bathroom in last four months.Four times your represantative attend our house but always temporary work is done.again and the concealed is not working.last complints i have done on 17.04.2021 your person attend the house and after half an hour again the was disturbed .we call immediately but no response.again we lodge a complaints but till date no person has visited.we are so disturbed.our concealed is not working.We are heaving two child they use the bathroom but forget to drop the water.there is big small in the house.i have contaact to your senior etc through your call centre they only talk but not taking action.

kindly provide permanentely solution.
