Cistern not functioning since installation. Six times complaints registered via central toll free number. Three visits done, informed wall cock needs replacement. But no replacement done till date and problem persists. Last complaint registered on 27/01/2021 and again on 25/02/2021 but no one ever contacted. Kindly look into the matter urgently. I'm feeling harassed and cheated. Thanks.

I make a complaint regarding flash point of my bathroom under reference number 00261227 on 25/02/21. I bought the flash kit of jaquar before a year but since 10 days it shows leakage.
I have closed my bathroom now due to this leakage of Flash point.
I am very surprised why u take much time to resolve the issue.
It Shows bad service of Jaquar

WC has defect, complained 4-5 times for replacement, it's under warranty. But no resolution so far. Poor service.

The hot water mixer is not working in the shower panel and only cold water is coming. Please help assign an engineer to fix the issue. Thanks

Jaquar products installed at our residence bathroom 1.5 years ago, still new, under warranty unable to use till date. (refer the photos attached)

After repeated followup, with the concerned personnel we still haven't got any support or appropriate assistance. The issue we wish to address here is regarding the facuets losing its shine and coating peeling off. Make/ Brand: Jaquar, Complete Bathroom Solutions.

Jaguar products purchased from Authorized KPM Distributors Pattambi, Palakkad, Kerala during Aug, 2019 complete set such as wash basin taps, showerpanel same installed at our residence for our new bathroom in Sept, 2019

KPM Distributor was contacted and they are aware of all the complaints and issues.

I have been corresponding with Jaguar technicians and KPM distributors over calls (WhatsApp) several messages, relevant photos, video's regarding this matter has be shared over this time, there has been only data collection but no result or significant support to resolve the issue from Jaguar is provided.

Everytime I am asked to speak to a new person, and all details and information is shared to them again after all this repetition they sleep over it and buy time.

I spoke to Mr.Sreedhar of Jaguar who reverts back to end this conversation without even visiting the site and get away by simply stating it's not a manufacturing defect. Such statements from concerned personal aren't appropriate.

We have spent Rupees 1.3 Lakhs for purchase of Jaguar products. A Luxury brand such as Jaguar must learn to handle such complaints more professionally and should have well trained technicians, lads (with product awareness) ability to attend onsite problems and deliver spot solutions at site must be part of Jaquar after sales team.

For every customer looks forward to receiving good support especially when complaints are raised and wants them to be managed satisfactorily well, for its ones hard earned money that customers spend to retain the Brand Jaquar goodwill.

Appreciate, you look into above matter urgently and provide us with a replacement in order to start using our bathroom.

The tap fixed about an year back had already gone about six months back and the plumber repaired by replacing the spindle which cost me 250 or so. Again the the tap is simply turning and water is not coming but is leaking since yesterday. When it was complained yesterday at service point in Bengaluru it was informed that he is on leave and is coming on Monday. when again he is called today the same reply coming on Monday. The service is very very poor and the quality of tap provided may also be very poor. It is worst than a plastic tap. Please ensure that the tap is replaced immediately or get it repaired. Hand shower leakage

Urinal sensor installed at washroom are not functional for over 6 months. Repeated complaints on the toll free number have not resulted in any resolution - every time new complaint# is issued and no follow up thereafter. They claim 6 year warranty however do not attend to complaints/ repairs.

Complain about leakage of two mixture taps filed one month ago on 09 jan 2021 service call number R21A09LUC00039580 still not resolved even after giving repeated reminders.

My bathroom water flush system and taps is not working & There is a continuous water flow from the pipe fittings, taps and shower mixtures of your undersigned products which is causing a lot of problems and wastage of water. We even called the local plumbers quite a few times but this problem is not resolved and is creating a lot of issues for us.

My kitchen tap is leakage

We installed around 4 taps in our house and the dealer said it is foam flow. After installing we found that water splashes. Dealer says he can't exchange since installed and instructed to complain. Kindly help. We have purchased Jaguar fittings worth Rs. 30000. Kindly help

Dear Sir,

It disappoints me that after so much repeated followup and agreement to send technician and resolve issue, you could not send some body to resolve the issue.

Even the agency are giving false commitment like tomorrow/ day after tomorrow/Saturday I would come but nobody comes and we keep waiting and calling them.

This whole issue from beginning has now took more than 5 months.We are facing so much discomfort while using washroom without flush valve.

I also keep writing mail to you but you don't respond, see trailing mails.
It's a complete unprofessional behavior and negligence towards customer's suffering from Jaguar.

Hope you would take sever and quick steps now.

Water is continuously entering in the flush tank and constantly flowing in the commode. It's water stoping mechanism is not working.
