Urinal sensor installed at washroom are not functional for over 6 months. Repeated complaints on the toll free number have not resulted in any resolution - every time new complaint# is issued and no follow up thereafter. They claim 6 year warranty however do not attend to complaints/ repairs....

Complain about leakage of two mixture taps filed one month ago on 09 jan 2021 service call number R21A09LUC00039580 still not resolved even after giving repeated reminders....

My bathroom water flush system and taps is not working & There is a continuous water flow from the pipe fittings, taps and shower mixtures of your undersigned products which is causing a lot of problems and wastage of water. We even called the local plumbers quite a few times but this problem is not resolved and is creating a lot of issues for us.

It disappoints me that after so much repeated followup and agreement to send technician and resolve issue, you could not send some body to resolve the issue.

I have already purchase two 3/4" concilstopcock from near shop karco hardware, sangatbazar, Midnapore, Paschim Medinipur, 721101, westbengal in 19th may 2017 . The product have warranty 10 years, But one of them want to use now. But when i want to fit it i get defect in product. The size of valve and handle head hole r in different size. So plz resolve the problem as early as possible and come soon....

I have already purchase two 3/4 inch concilstopcock of rupees 1480 each from near Hardware shop KORCO HARDWARE, SANGAT BAZAR, MIDNAPORE TOWN, PASCHIM MEDINIPUR, WESTBENGAL. But one of it now fitting in my bathroom now but not fit with valve. Size of valve and handle hole r different. But the Hardware shop not change this rather this product is 10 years warranty.
