Few days back my seat cover developed a crack which grew intense till the time someone from the service Center came and attended the matter.

I had installed Jaquar fixtures in the year 2021 between September to November and the seat cover itself says 5 years warranty. Spoke to the area manager Mr Rutvij and his colleague Aisha one by one.

Where Ms Aisha is arguing me and giving me lame reason to check the weight capacity of toilet seat cover with the dealer before buying it? And when further I say i[censored] can’t handle I will reach to higher authorities and can also go to consumer court she is telling me to go ahead and go to consumer court. I mean this is the kind of employees you have. Also Can anybody from Jaquar explain me can ur seat covers not bear the weight of 95kgs and if it can’t I am sorry I would never ever recommended Jaquar to anybody as it has been mere 1.5 years and the seat cover broke ? I mean what was the quality that Jaquar carried earlier and what has happened to it now ? Before renovating our bathrooms we’ve always used Jaquar and while renovating also people recommended lot of other options like Grohe, Hindqare, Kohler and lot more but we did not listen to them and were very vocal about our choice because nothing happened till the time we used those bathrooms and look at the day today I have to write you such a long email because I am not getting proper assistance from your representatives.

Despite people talking us Jaquar has lot of service issues they don’t give proper services etc etc we did not listen to them and always selected Jaquar and even recommended the same to others also. But today was a miserable day where your representatives also show arrogance while talking to the client and do not give satisfactory answers and rather show frustration while talking. I am sure Jaquar is investing on teaching their employees about how to handle customers.

I see no logics, no satisfactory answers, they are not able to give me proper answers on what is covered in warranty.

I am really upset with the kind of service and kind of reasons I am given for my issue despite of things covered in warranty of 5 years

I complained multiple times about my Jaquar fittings which I purchased in Chennai:

1. Jaquar overhead shower leaking
2. Jaquar shower mixer knobs defective.

All the above needs replacement. I have been following up for 6 months.

I had complained multiple times for the following issues, latest service call number is as follows : 00316714. All purchases are within warranty period of one year.

1. The Jaquar overhead shower is leaking and needs to be replaced

2. The Jaquar 3 way mixer Knobs are faulty and need to be replaced.

Jaquar technicians have already visited and always promise that this will be solved but nothing happens. The only SMS message I get is that Service call has been resolved without any action from company's side.

I am now frustrated with Jaquar brand purchase. I am hoping a complaint here will help move the case.

I am writing this to make you aware about the issue I am facing with the taps fitted in my washroom.
When we first moved into our new home, the builder had provided us with Jaquar fittings in washrooms. We used those for nearly 10-12 years without facing any issue.
So, when we finally decided to renovate our home, our 1st preference was Jaquar sanitary fittings. We renovated our house about a year ago. Soon we realised taps are getting harder to operate. We raised a customer complaint. We got to know from the service provider that this issue might come again and again and guess what! he was absolutely right. Now it has become our routine to call customer care every month, wait for 1 hour to talk to a representative, register a complaint and wait for a serviceman to come and repair it. Even the calendar would miss a date but this process has been regular for us since last year. This time I took the charge and called customer care. Asked the customer representative to connect me to his senior. The senior connected me to someone else who ensured that this time they will give us the permanent resolution of this. I sighed in relief. Today the service man came and told me that even if I replace parts, this issue will keep happening. Even if the company decides to give me taps replacement I have to bear the cost of all the tile replacements.

So after spending thousands on fittings company is giving me two options -
1) Keep bearing the regular monthly trauma of complaint registration and resolution
2) Empty the pocket for repair and refurbishings
BOTH OF WHICH ARE NIGHTMARE FOR US.

I hope this elaborated mail helps you to understand the importance of ethics in conducting business and help me in escalating this matter further.

I have installed all bathroom fittings of jaquar. now there was a problem in flush valve. I have lodged complaint on 28/02/2023. Mechanic had visited my place. He cleaned the flush valve and I gave him satisfaction code. But after he left us I found some water is flowing continuously. I asked the mechanic he said he will do tomorrow. But he didn't visit. I again lodged complaint on 01/03/2023. He again visited my home. But he didn't solve the problem. and I didn't give hime satisfaction code.
But my complaint close without solving the issue. I again and again contacted customer care. And they always said that area coordinator will visit. But till today no one is visited. Please help.
Also scratches left on flush valve by mechanic. My Complaint no is 00278603

I have purchased a health faucet from a local Jaquar dealer in Indore some time back. Since then almost every 3 months I have to lodge a complaint with Jaquar's very lousy serviced toll free number. This has happened around 7 times, since i purchased the product. Out of various brands available, I shortlisted Jaquar, but didn't know that Jaquar is 'naam bade aur darshan chhote'. This time (around 25 days back) the pipe has high leakage, I contacted toll free number and demanded a free replacement - as Jaquar has provided a faulty product to me. An engineer visited my place around took photographs of my bill (of course, under warranty period) and the faulty product. TILL NOW THE COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, NOR HAS THE TOLL FREE CALL CENTER PROVIDED A COMPLAINT NUMBER.

Hello Sir, Jaquar barh room commode since one week leakage issue and then we switch off the upper wall then Now when we flush water is not coming may be air block or flush issue or leakage issues please do the needful

I have brought washbasin taps from jaquar ...one piece is defective and the water is leaking out ... All my fittings at home are from jaquar but this one really disappointed ...i have brought the taps from a store in yelhanka ..and they r refusing to replace and v bad behaviour

Sir, I have contacted jaquar sales team in udaipur rajasthan to guide about heat pump and give some user contact who are already using the heat pump. The sales person gave me the contact of the user and I have visited the user toady and he was totally dissatisfied with the jaquar heat pump as it was just making the water lukewarm which is not sufficient in such a cold weather in udaipur. I have not purchase the heat pump yet, as I am confused...

As we have purchased the tap in bulk quality for our home, most of taps are having leakage issue.
Kindly response us as soon as possible...

I have placed one complain[protected] about by kitchen mixer hot water tap not working. The engineer have visited the place and as soon as he opened tap, start saying that this tap have been damaged by local plumber.
It seems like he was just finding reason to avoid to replace my parts. It was extremely bad experience of Jaquar home service and left me with no option other than buying new part.
We are paying extra money to buy good product with good service but I got nothing.

Please look into this situation and help if anyone can.

I stay in Flat A1 802, BAIRIS, BAIF ROAD, Wagholi, Pune 412207, and my builder is Bhandary Associates. The sanatory fittings are poor in quality and catching rust and the coating is causing stain marks and bubbles. I had complained Jaquar customer care, but no positive response yet. Request you to kindly take action and advise accordingly....

Has geyser take much time to produce a heated water, and it's create some noise during that process, which is running inside. I call many times on customer service but don't received my a single call from their side.

The water heater leaks and does not heat the water, Had compliant earlier and the person visited and solved it. though its the same again immediately ..havent been able to use the water heater since the time of installation

Hi, we have recently install new toilet seat but water is leaking from flush area.

I am from Kota, Rajasthan. The jaguar fittings at my home are leaking .

Tab handle is loose

My wash basin nipple was broken. For that i have made multiple complaints on[protected] with complaint no:01556580, on[protected] with complaint no:01587077, on[protected] with complaint no:01625972, Without rectification they have closed complaint. Again on[protected] with complaint no:01684719 .Please let me know when it can be rectified or not

Your customer care no [protected] found engaged during 9 to 6 since last 3 days. During this period i tried not less 300 times. After 7 p m your no is reachable with recorded voice message that i have to contact durng business hour only. On dialing[protected] neither the call is connected to customer care no nor it is attended by any operator. Very poor customer service.
