The dealer and the brand is continuously delaying order and giving false timelines for order placed with the brand 15 days back.

A timeline of 4-7 days was committed and now it is over 15 days and only half lights are received. Every time false timelines and apology is given.

Our work is delayed and we seek a complaint against the brand....

Flush valve keeps on auto flushing regularly...

i purchased complete accessories of jaguar for all my washroom with the trust that i am dealing with good company and warranty of 10 years.

But after purchase i found that this is worst company never deal with this company.

Every time engineer comes and ask for money nothing is free. he never gives bill. i do not know jaguar warranty stand for ?...

We had bought and fitted jaquar hand held spray shower, the sprayer of which have been broken (Photo has been attached herewith) due to which water has stopped flowing through the shower.

Hence, request you to kindly arrange for the new sprayer and send the concerned person to below mentioned address, in order to fix/ attach the required new sprayer to our shower.

We have fitted jaquar water cystern for flush it makes a lot 0f noise when filling....

We have bought shower and gyser from harayana pipes mulapur. Kindly confirm these items are origional jaquar or not....

Button not working properly...

Water is not stopping in the flush due to a cut in small pipes...

I used jaquar product in my bathroon and one day suddenly hand shower bust so need to exchnaged that and that product is in warranty period.

There is a leakage of water from the hand shower whenever water tap is switched on.....

Complaint log few days before. Service man came to visit for repairs.
Could not manage to repair tap, went away... Tow times promise me to came next day not came... I am waiting for him continuously three days...

I am registered a compliant dated 13 aug 2020, but till date your company service person not come and i am many time calling your customer care, every time your customer say me your problem solve within 2 dayes but my problem still pending...

complaint no 00103711, the next one on date 04/08/2020 com.no.
00534582, again on 25/08/2020 I spoke with Mr Rahul but no action was taken and is not taken till date .
I hereby request you to imply on the given complaints and find a solution to this problem .

We bought all fittings from Tropical Cochin the brand of jaquar because of quality and design.

They fixed our bath glass partitions and from the day one it’s start to leak. We complaint many times to tropical and there is no action.

We are staying in abroad and we came back on last March and contact tropical again. They given jaquar concern guys no and we contact someone...

I bought jaquar soap dispenser(JAQ AKP 35735) just one year ago on 28th may, 2019.But, its pump head has already broken or loosened.My warranty certificate no-A/033/D6864/0000100.Now tell me, what should I do with this costly product? I am sorry to say that i am thinking now, it was better to bought others lesser costly brand....
