I complained about my kitchen tap so many times . every time your engineer repaired it but after few days it creating the same problem. tap handle removed and water leakage continuously.
2nd point :- 3nos bathroom taps are water leakage problem after tap in close position.
3rd point:- one geyser tap of kitchen jam.

There is a leakage in bathroom tap.

Have purchased jaquar items in 2015 but now facing lots of problems

As I have bathroom mixer and flush tank water is leaking full time so please provide a service for this issue..thanks .

2 months back I lodged a complaint at Jaguar customer care regarding the shower panel leakage but till now it has not been resolved. Every time I call they say the the part to be replaced is unavailable. It is very disappointing that such a brand displaying so callous attitude .

Bakwaas & low quality products.. 3 year mein sab tab pannel damage ho gaye or complain likhawaae ke baad bhi koi response nahi is se accha toh local brand hi hai ghatiya product

I want to register complaint regarding my kitchen faucets. we bought it on[protected] with invoice no 191/2 from M\S Sanitary House(opp. shaheed park, near milan store, freegan, ujjain, M.P.). it got cracked this year on its own and water is leaking from the crack.it is under warranty persiod. we went to the shop regarding this .By hearing our problem, shopkeeper started shouting at us that why we came to he for this problem. he told that i sold the product now my duty is over if you want to complain dont come to my shop i cant do anything. please tell your shopkeeper to learn to how to speak to his customer politely. it is your policy that after buying any product your shop’s duty is over. i cant tolerate this type of attitude. i will have to rethink after this incident that whether to buy anyother product from your authorised shop.
please look into my matter and try to solve problem immediately.

I purchased 15 taps, inthose two taps are water leakage.

The dealer and the brand is continuously delaying order and giving false timelines for order placed with the brand 15 days back.

A timeline of 4-7 days was committed and now it is over 15 days and only half lights are received. Every time false timelines and apology is given.

Our work is delayed and we seek a complaint against the brand.

Flush valve keeps on auto flushing regularly

i purchased complete accessories of jaguar for all my washroom with the trust that i am dealing with good company and warranty of 10 years.

But after purchase i found that this is worst company never deal with this company.

Every time engineer comes and ask for money nothing is free. he never gives bill. i do not know jaguar warranty stand for ?

We had bought and fitted jaquar hand held spray shower, the sprayer of which have been broken (Photo has been attached herewith) due to which water has stopped flowing through the shower.

Hence, request you to kindly arrange for the new sprayer and send the concerned person to below mentioned address, in order to fix/ attach the required new sprayer to our shower.

We have fitted jaquar water cystern for flush it makes a lot 0f noise when filling.

We have bought shower and gyser from harayana pipes mulapur. Kindly confirm these items are origional jaquar or not.

Button not working properly

Water is not stopping in the flush due to a cut in small pipes

I used jaquar product in my bathroon and one day suddenly hand shower bust so need to exchnaged that and that product is in warranty period.
