Bought this model (Photo) attached along with bill... Has faulty suction siphon system for the flush and keeps the bathroom stinky always, had registered multiple complaints with the toll free no. Local service provider at elamakkara (Mr praveen - asm) - inspected and confirmed it to be faulty on 2 occasions (27th dec and 13th january). No more follow ups after that... Still keeping the bathroom door of the master bed room tightly closed to avoid smell... Absolutely pathetic design and post sales service# kerala team

    I purchased jaguar bath and geysers last month. From an authorised showroom in gzb. As my plumber was unable to resolve the overflow of the cisterns, he asked me to call the jaguar customer care to get this looked into. I placed the complaint and waited for 72 hours (Time given for the service call to be executed). I then saw that they had sent me a sms a few ours prior stating that the complaint was resolved! So, i called their customer care and their service engineer (If i can call him that) showed up after another 3 days!! 6 days!!!
    When i told the service engineer that i was also having issues with the jaguar geysers i had purchased, he said that there is a separate team looking into that and that i will have to place another complaint call. As it was already late saturday evening, i had to wait for monday (As the call center is shut on sundays!!) to place the complaint. I reminded them that i do not want to wait another 72 hours for this to be resolved! So, i get a call the same day from some service center asking for what the problem was. After explaining, he tells me that he will have this transferred to the geyser team. I again request him for an early resolution and he says he will. The next day, i again receive a similar call an i again explain the issue to him on the phone. And again no one showed up. So, when i call after their promised 72 hours of being provided service is over, i am told that they will send someone the next day. When i call late afternoon yesterday (4th day) to inquire, i am taken on a concall with the area service center incharge who tells me that the concerned technician was off and hence my complaint could not be attended. However he said he will have it looked into today (5th day) before 12 noon. So, at 3.30 pm today, when i again called the call center to inquire, i received the same standardized and unrepentful "sorry sir. I will have this escalated and you will get the service on priority". Still waiting for their call or their technician to show up! Jaguar does not care... Appalling and terrible service standards. Shame on the company and the people running this premium brand!!!

        I am residing at bangalore, near kengeri upanagara, we purchased few bathroom fittings along with shower panels on 07.02.2017 for our newly constructed house. At the time of purchase it was told that, the demo would be provided once the fixation of the fitting are installed for shower panels. As there was no proper guidance given, we arranged to fix the panels in all the bathrooms. Before the purchase of the product, the sales person / person who gives the demo informed that, there is a thermostat system which works in the shower panel and we need to just turn the nob according to the warmness/ temperature which is required and the cold and hot water will be mixed together as per the requirement but when the water from the shower is drawn, the water is too hot or too cold, the mixer of the same does not happen properly. And the liver of the nob has come out 2 days ago. Request you to kindly arrange to send your representative to our house and solve the problem at the earliest. Thanks and regards, awaiting your call.           I have purchased a mixture tape of jaguar and the local supplier mr. Anup dev of sarupathar installed it by a local plumber. To my great dissatisfaction the mixture tape is not working properly.
          The local supplier advised me to lodge complaint to jaguar customer service toll free no.
          The complaint was lodged on 6th january 2020 but till today no technician visited to check the problem.
          I just want to know actually what is the turn around time to serve the complaint as depicted in your company's policy.
          I feel highly dissatisfied by your attitude towards serving a complaint.

          I have a jaguar heater at home. After reaching some temperature the mseb switch gets tripped. Don't know what the problem is? Checked my line connection and trip switch it is working in good condition. So ultimately i want to check my heater.

            I'm staying in mangalore, brigade pinnacle apartments. The fitting for bathroom & kitchen as informed by builder is of jaguar, but it seems to be substandard quality as every fitting in my house is having problem even though it's not a year for purchase of the apartment from brigade group.
            Pls understand and consider my problem as every tap or faucet is having some issue.

              Jaquar complaint status update [id: 2542787]as on till date i have not received any information or no body contact us regarding this issues this is not the very first time, it is their regular practice.
              Kindly update me the status of my complain, if the are not interested to resolve these issues, shall i go for consumer court on the ground of these complains and other documents.

              We are very disappointed with the services given by your service provider for bathroom cleaning.. He took 875 rs for the services but we felt it was waste.

              I request you to kindly do not send this person again also we want the services back at no cost..

              This time we are higly disappointed with the services as the chemical which he used for cleaning has made bathroom surface whitish.

                I had registered a complaint for service support (Service call #[protected] and the same was done and a bill was handed over to me and being held up with some urgent work i handed over the payment to your agent without checking the works carried out.

                I later realized that your person had charged me rs.590 for a product that's under warranty and on raising the issue no one has bothered to respond apart from your local service co ordinator who asked to share the proof of purchase to him to get the refund processed. After which no one has bothered to respond to my emails.

                    Looking to the brand, I had used all Jaguar fitting in all my 14 bathrooms and kitchen totally.
                    The Flush valves are very disappointing. After use the never stops. Even with pressure pump the flow is very less in 2 flush valves. The service engineer has visited 2-3 times but problem still not resolved.
                    This time I myself stayed back to see what is the problem and to my surprise he said you need to get the flush valve kit changed on chargable basis.
                    When there was problem in the valves why do i need to pay and why the defective valves were not replaced by them .
                    Two taps have broken from the threads.
                    Four Plastic Handles of toilet Facets have broken .
                    Why jaguar should not replace the defective fittings ??
                    I did not find any special quality in Jaguar fittings

                      I have registered my complaint several times through this forum. I have reported about rusted and bubbled Jaquar fittings and taps. It reflects that the Jaquar service team is not responding to the complaint and not minding the complaint through this forum. I have e-mailed my address and details of problem several times to their e-mail address. Till now they have not replaced the rusted jaquar taps & bubbled fittings. Now eight months over from the date of complaint to them. Kindly do the needful otherwise suggest what action can be taken against them.

                        My consealed flush tank is overflowing / there is leakage since 29/12/2019, 2 am.
                        Even in past, i had same complain and your technician came and repaired overflowing flush tank.
                        Water is precious, we need to conserve... It's being wasted since last 20 hours
                        Please send your technician asap.
                        I purchased in feb, 2019, and installed in march end 2019.

                          Worst and miserable experience with a premium brand... Flush with negative suction... Never ever works properly... Killing our peace of mind for last 6 months... Never flushes out properly and takes ages to re fill... We have tried correcting it for atleast a dozen times... No use... Never ever go for jaguar sanitary wares... Its only a show item... Can give u head ache for eber

                            Sir, i had written many times but i had not received any satisfactoey solution or answer.
                            I had purchase bathroom fitting from jaquar and it got faded and rusted (Colour change) and also leakage problems.
                            I had also written earlier but they denying to change these fittings or give some solution, many times they sent the massages of resolved of complain even the did not visit to see the problems. Kindly look in to matter to resolve these issue.

                              Dear sir,
                              I registered my complaint several times through this forum. I have reported about rusted and bubbled jaquar fittings and taps. I have noted the jaquar service team's simply response without initiating for action in this site. I have e-mailed my address and details of problemto their e-mail address. Till now they have not replaced the rusted jaquar taps & bubbled fittings. Now more than six months over from the date of complaint to them. Kindly do the needful.

                                There are four high flow buttons with do not return after the use as the springs of these buttons are defective performance. Water continues to flow in shower after the closer of lever of the diverts. One has to pull back the button to stop the flow of water
                                Apart from this two new numbers of high flow buttons assembly bottoms are required. Absence of these there is difficulty to use the bathroom shower.

                                  I have purchase geyser of 25 ltrs of your company and was facing problem as it was not getting heated much only half bucket is filled with hot water even when geyser is preheated for more than three hours. And to use shower is a dream

                                  Than your executive visited my house and said the its thermostat needs to be changed

                                  But now after repairing also it is not being heated much and i have got a review from people that your brand doesn't hest much and is not suitable for place like shimla

                                    This is aditya, as i procured a geyser of 25l, 3 year back from your authorized dealer.

                                    Now it has issue (Its wire is burned) and for the same i'm following your local service team & called them around 30+ times in last 1 month but they are not resolving my issue.

                                    If this issue is not resolved till 6th dec 2019 then i need to raise a complaint against jaguar in consumer court, here i'm listing name & no. On which i called & coordinated.

                                    Once your technician visited and as per your team i need to procure wire, which cost me around 1k which is not available with any of your dealer & service center.

                                      I had registered a complaint no. 01180907 on 22.11.2019, for which your executive Sumit (+91 [protected]) visited and during servicing, he broke the upper part of the angle valve.

                                      When i complaint, he made me to talk to some Mr. Saurav Bansal (+91 [protected]) who assured me that he will get my part replaced in 20-25 days and Sumit gave me every thing in writing on Jaquar's Job Sheet no. 025935.

                                      Today, after 15 days, when i called Mr. Saurav, not only he misbehaved with me, according to him, this replacement is not easy and the customer is ""Majboor"" because he is at mercy of him and his Company.

                                      When i told him that i am no ''Majboor'' and company has to honour its commitment or else i will take consumer court's help, his words were "kar lo jo karna hai"

                                      I have the recording of the telephonic conversation for your ready reference.

                                      Please look into the matter and tell me when will i get my part replaced for sure and what action should be taken against such people maligning good name of Jaquar.
