I purchased a commode model sls - wht - 6855s
On 7/8/19. My plumber fixed yesterday. Today when i checked thoroughly base sitting, seat cover resting on commode. I found seat cover is dancing, not stable making sound etc. So it will be uncomfortable to use definitely. So this may be attended immediately to rectify by sending your service people.

    Myself mr. Paresh potdar stay at upper govind nagar, malad east,. Since our bathroom commode flush part (Open flush liver) was not working. So we did contact area authorized person mr. Mangesh from malad east.
    Five days back he just came to see and reply no need to change the part... And he joined the old one. After few minutes he left flush was not working... Since two days we are contacting him a lot but he has no courtesy to take our call

      I had complained about the leakage of tap through the dealer m/s. Inter dec vatakara. Kozhikode district on 19th july 2019 they in turn intimated customer service centre jaquar. Jaquar messaged me in 25th july about the visit of authorised service personal. On 29th july i contacted customer care. After several phone calls customer care diverted the call to their ernakulam office. From there onr mr. Sreedharan introduced as customer care official promised me that technician will call on you to-day or at least tomorrow and told me that it is due to acute staff shortage the delay was caused. But to my regret nobody called on me or attended the work till date i. E. Till 8th august.

      What a good customer service?

      I have purchase your product jaguar Senitaryware... Water flow very slow
      Flush valve of bath room is leaking from push button as shown in video and photo. Due to leakage valve is getting rusted and leakage is increasing. This makes the bath room always wet and likely to met accident due to slippage. Same may please be rectified.

      I had purchased a 140 ltr geyser for my house which has 5 bathrooms so that it will be a single heating system. It was working fine till last 2 months. The Geyser is drawing more power to heat the water now. As soon as the geyser is connected to power the meter reading jumps and draws power continuously due to which the power bills are high.

        bad fittings no replacement in warranty

        Dear sir,

        We had purchased this house 3 years back, we had filled many complaints against the tap and other fittings but no one turns up as the entire fittings in maya garden city our house no is i3 block 903 house no.. As the fittings were under warrenty even after writing complaints in the call centre no one turned up.. Kindly revert on this subject what makes call centre respond in time....

        Recently I purchased jaquar full bathroom needs and after finishing my fittings work for enclosure we r calling for the measurement to place the order 2 days they r telling we r coming but no proper response, we selected jaquar because he were told that customer services r very good from my builder side, but my own experience is very bad.by T.S.Chitra, Avadi.

          Sir,
          I purchased wall hanging flush seat of jaquar on 01/06/2019. It has a technical fault as from its back itwo water come out from two holes while flushing the concealed tank. Videos and photos are attached. On 01/07/2017 I registered a complaint on customer care . Your engg. Visited the place and found that there was a fault in seat. He made a video and took pics. and told me that the company will call you within three days. But I didn't received any call or message from the company. I call numerous times at your customer care at last they took Mr. Kamal Preet on line who assure me that as soon as he received credit note I will get my seat. But every time I call Mr. Kamal Preet he said he didn't received credit note. Then he gave me Mr. Kirpal Chopra number who has to give credit note. Mr. Chopra assured me that I will get seat tomorrow. But after that he stop answering my calls. Now I don't know what to do. I have no other option but to go to consumer court to get the justice.
          Actualy It was my fault that I trusted on jaquar product. If this is the state of jaquar company I wonder what other companies do. Jaquar is behaving like local made company.
          In future I will not suggest to buy any jaquar product .

            We bought jaquar bathroom fittings including basin mixers, shower cabinets etc; 4 years back. Soon after installation, the electroplating (Chrome finish) started tarnishing. We tried rubbing and cleaning with cloth, but it showed no improvement. We were not aware then that their products came with a ten year warranty. We are now looking to buy bathroom fittings for another apartment, and visited the jaquar orientation centre in defence colony, new delhi to see their product range. I mentioned to the sales person about the tarnishing issue with our previous purchase. He informed me that jaquar will look into this, and advised to make a service call.
            I registered my service call under code 00618647, and got "satisfaction" code m249, on 25th june, 2019, giving all details including address and pin code. I got no response. When i called them to remind them that no one had called or visited, i was asked to register a fresh service request. I registered a fresh service request on 27th july, 2019 under 00744741, "satisfaction" code h347. Since then i've received two calls from different persons to ask the address (Which i have given when i registered my service request), but no commitment as to when the service representative will come.
            It seems to me that the company has outsourced this service to their dealers, and no dealer wants to take responsibility. Jaquar has a very good brand image, which is why i purchased their products, and other than this problem in a few fittings, their products are working very well and have no problems. I am really surprised that the system, the company has set up to monitor customer complaints is so poor (Shouldn't the concerned people people in jaquar know that i am a dissatisfied customer, who may never purchase their product again, and tell many others about the bad experience with jaquar?).

              I have bought a complete toilet flush system of jaguar before 2 years and now i am facing problem of leakage in the same since last 2-3 days. Water is pouring from the flush tank during the whole day from the system which needs to be replaced or repaired.

              Kindly arrange for technical person at home for repairing purpose.

                I made a service request on the toll free number 16/7/19 for my flush not working. When pressed the water kept flowing and would not stop till the spring was manually released. A technician from kartik enterprises visited on 17/7/19 and looked into it. After the technician visit the flush started releasing immediately after pressing. As a result hardly any water flowed into the pot unless the flush was kept pressed.

                I lodged a complaint again, on 22nd july. The technician visited on 23rd july and now my flush is not working at all.

                I was charged rs 1885 and was given a cash memo. I cannot even understand what is written and what i have been charged for. Attaching the same below.

                I have called jaquar toll free number as well as the owner of karthik enterprises, mr kishan singh ([protected]) as well as the technician ([protected]) who visited several times from 24th july onwards but there is absolutely no response from the company.

                The company should ban kartik enterprises as their authorised service provider as their service is terrible.

                  We had renovated our house in 2017 and replaced all our wc's with jaguar products, owing to its quality, reliability and after sale service. We bought it from dealer cochin saniwares br. Poothotta kochi

                  Unfortunately, before even we used it, i observed a hair line crack on the closet. This was immediately informed to the dealer and he told us that he would register a complaint. Nothing happened for months together. Again we approached the dealer and he promised to re-register the complaint. This time two techs came, checked, were convinced that it was faulty product and promised to replace it within a couple of month. Again there was no response from the dealer or the service personnel.

                  After disgusted followup with the dealer, a third time complaint was registered. Two service techs came, checked, were convinced that it was faulty product and promised to replace it within a two - three months. But this time i took a pic of the service job card for proof (Which i did not do last time) but i am sorry to say that till today my complaint is not resolved. Really really fed up of following up with the dealer.
                  I am attaching a copy of bill, copy of service job card, photo of the product. Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue.

                  I had bought a table top shank of your company. But after one year it shows hair line cracks inside bowl. I have called 6 times in almost 2 months. But not got any solution of my problem. Complaint no. 00491572 dt 21.05.19, complaint no. 00673620 dt 00.07.19, complaint no. 00706751 dt 18.7.19. plz look into the matter and do the needful.
                  Toilet jet spray lever is cracked therefore not usable. Please send your technician at the earliest to enable change the jet spray lever to make sure that the toilet jet spray becomes serviceable.

                  Required for use by very senior citizen aged 80 years who is bedridden due to diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, urinary and stool incontinence.
                  Hii...I'm using jaquar taps in my entire house recently tap rotator lid opens out from the top we have to fix the lid to the tap original position. Hope we are expecting quick response to my complaint.

                    I am writing to let you know that jaquar local service provider not responding last 3 weeks and my newly made bathroom could use due to that.

                    Let me explain my situation.
                    I am sanjib b. Khan form habra, west bengal. India. I am using jaguar product from 2009 and i am happy to use the product. I got problems several times and the previous service provider responded well.

                    But this time i am extremely disappointed with the service. I complained and a technician has come and he fixed within 30 minutes. After he left, i test the waterline, it was faulty and i called him again but did not respond even i called to the office several times but some times they said parts not available and sometimes said someone will go to recheck. But ultimately the problem still remains.
                    I hope you understand the matter and i am sending some attachments and contacts of the service provider to know more details about the problems.

                    Please do so fruitfully as early as possible because currently i am outside of india and my mom is living alone and facing lots of difficulties just for faulty shower mixture.

                      I had bought 3 sets of showers with panels in 2017 for my new apartments from the local dealer in puducherry. Unfortunately, all the three were of very poor quality and steel coating started peeling off within a period of three months. Complaint was made repeatedly to the dealer and finally they came to check the three and informed that they would need to contact the headquarters and get advise for way forward. Follow-ups did not yield any results.

                      At the time of purchase it was informed that the quality is of the highest grade and carries a full 10 year warranty.

                          I have registered my complain on 15th july'19 for wall mount cistern (Complain #[protected] with jaquar customer care, which is not working at all. But whenever calling to customer care they are transferring my call to seniors and the call were disconnect many times. After trying lots, once i get in touch with them they made a conference call to chennai. Chennai office asssured that immediate they will get back to me but past 5 days over no one has stand up neither contacted nor resolved. I got fed up to call them continuously without success and harassed by jaquar like anything. They are interested to sell the products but not at all interested when the customer is suffering problems.

                            Jaguar pipe fittings surface coating is pitted and damaged within 6 months o[censored]se in a new flat. These damages are due to poor quality of surface coating. My complaint and repeat calls are not being attended. Without resolving my complaint jaguar have closed my complaint number

                              My flush valve was not working, after i had booked my complaint, the service guy came after a week. After completing the work he asked the service charge, i told it is under warranty, he handover a bill to my wife a bill of rs.920.00. Two stopper bush each rs.350.00 and one sealed washer rs.220.00. And he told there is no warranty on plastic and rubber items inside the flush valve, so you have to pay for it. Nicely he cheated my wife and took money and gone. He added one stopper wash extra instead of his service charge. We can see the corruption on his bill too.

                              My question is:-

                              1, for flush valve jaquar offering 15 years warranty, if there is no warranty for plastic and rubber parts, are they giving warranty only for steel body? (Everything inside the valve plastic or rubber only) if only steel body what is the use of such warranty?

                              2, the dealers and their service guys cheating the customers like this, stop this sort of cheating what action jaquar will going to take?

                              3, if we are paying 4 time such charges (Rs.920.00) it is more than the flush valve rate then why should we have to purchase jaquar flush valve?

                                I had purchased a wall hung closet two months back, plumber cant fix the closet because its outlet pipe little short in length. Then i register the complaint in toll free number and local service center on 24/6/19. Then i contacted your manager mr joseph and head mr sreedhar regarding this and your technician took the measurements. But they bring a part after two weeks but its diameter oversize!!! Now i am trying to contact mr sreedhar from last week, but he is not answering the phone, and whats up.
                                I purchase all my bathroom fittings jaquar (4 closets, 5 shower, 2 bath tub and 5 wash basin, taps etc). I came for vacation on 18/6/19 for my house warming, and return back to qatar on 15/7/19 without staying my home. Its really painful, now i can stay next year only!!! Still i cant use two bath rooms and house inside foul smell from this bathrooms.
                                I wonder why your response very slow and how can you maintain your reputation with these type irresponsible peoples. Please give me a solution fast.

Which is situated at near bank of india, mangla chowk bilaspur. Your dealer has issued to me purchasing bill but is not issuing to me warranty certificate.

                                    We request you send a technician to our residence as we have a issue with health faucet. We have complained to your technician, calling him since last 15 days every time he promises to visit our residence but in vain. Hence i request you to immediately send a technician to attend the issue. Moreover we have the same issue with both the health faucets. An early action shall be highly appreciated.

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I have 3 flush tanks in my 3 washrooms... But all the tanks are blocked... I registered my complaint on jaquar toll free number (06/07/2019)... But no one visit my home... Today is 12/07/2019... Today i called chandigarh center jaquar number... The number is [protected] (Mr. Varinder). He said i'll call phool singh ([protected]) and he'll vist in next one hour... And now phool singh don't gave any response on my cal... Such a bad company jaquar... Please help us

                                      I have filled a complaint regarding enclosure on 2july2019. I waited for 2 days for them to revert. After that I have been calling them daily because none of them bother to resolve my problem. Everytime they transfer my call to their senior officials they all are also useless.
                                      Totally pissed now. Will not recommend this brand to anyone.
                                      One of the geyser in our house is having a water leak problem. This is a new geyser which was installed few weeks back. We called the costumer care and filed a compliant. Compliant number 00654341. A technician came and tried to fix it but it did not get fixed.
                                      When trying to call the toll free number again it’s not getting connected.
