Dear si/ madam,
Blunder made with customer, cheating a customer.
I have booked a f-pace in dec 2018, and paid advance of rs 5lakhs for black interior, jaguar staish motor, aurangabad, india, they ask to pay rs 5 laks in advance to confirm order with black interior, now when the car arrived it is with beigh colour, and now they say it the car with black ineterior is not avilable for indian market.
It is a cheating to customer, and they taking customer as granted, they are spoiling the name of tata and aswell as jaguar.
Really shame, they take customer granted, also spoiling the same of india.
Very poor and pity, please

It’s being more than a month i have filed a complaint against jaguar items but no action have been taken yet. It’s very disappointing about poor service of jaquar. And it’s not the first time, i have submitted complaints in past also but no action had been taken on that as well. I have called many times a customer care and they receive the call and put it on hold. And then there is no response.

My complaint number is 0114980 (Issue : water is leaking for basin tap).

This is a final call from our side either you look in a matter or we will stop using your products and even suggest other to not use it.

So kindly repair or replace it.

This is to inform i had given my geyser for repair one month before and as of now i am not receiving any proper response from jaquar representative and only unnecesary delaying.

Fyi, from the time i had purchased the jaquar geyser this is my 5 or 6th complaint and i am really disappointed with the service and shall ensure that none of the customer purchase any product of jaquar nor should get attached with such unprofessional company who

I ask for repair since 3, 5 weeks, called tollnumber 4-5 times.
2, 5 weeks someone from Tindivanam looked at the heater, he did not open, but somehow it worked, but next day it did not work again.
Since then, after many calls to the company Standard associates, where i bought it, a certain Kumeresan said he will order a spare part, one week ago.
Since then NO news.

3, 5 weeks !!!
Please resolve...

I am very disappointing about the poor service of jaquar. submit complaint on
18 dec 2018. contact with customer care many time but till date my complaint is pending.in future never recommend to use jaquar. my complaint number is 01138665. already tried to contact customer care, dealer and service centre
and all in vain.Everyone says we will visit your house but no one visit.

I have water leaking problem from one of the tap and hence registered a service call no.01042223 on 22/11/18 which has not been resolved and after contacting the customer care they again registered the same issue no.01168779 on 27/12/18 without giving any reason for such a delay. This company is making false promises. Kindly don't make false promises.if the company can't give service then please don't pretend to do it... Useless company useless staff, worst customer service and just charging higher price for the products in the name of warranty... Never going to buy anything from this company again in my lifetime...

Taps are leaking and after months of continuous calling a person from jaquar came and checked the tap. He said there is a crack inside the tap and he cannot fix it. We got a description from him in written form as well stating same. He escalated the issue and it's around 2 months but no updates.
We plan to reach out to consumer court if still there is no response hence will be great if service can be provided by the company before making it too complex

There is constant non stop water overflow from the concealed flush tank in one of the bathrooms and request for urgently attending these complaint because the water tank of the entire society gets drained out due to these constant overflow. There is also one complaint regarding overhead shower in the other bathroom and that is hardly used and is a new one installed.

We are the valued customer of jaguar from last 5 years. But when ever we are registering the service complaint it was not being attended on time. When after visit of the service adviser they do not have the spare parts available with them, they always took 15-20 days to resolve the complaint which is not tolerable.

Hence we are not satisfied with the jaguar services. Kindly improve the service quality. Our last service complaint number was 01142980 registered on 20/12/2018 which is still pending. No adviser has attended the complaint.

We purchased and installed “jaquar artize ranjoy” shower around one and half year back.
For last few weeks, it has not been functioning well and the water flow is also very week.
We have contacted jaquar customer service several times. However every time the person who visits, says that he does not know how to service this shower.
We are asked to contact jaquar customer service agent in my local area (Lake town, kolkata) by one of the technicians. He gave a mobile number.
The mobile number given was[protected]. We spoke to a lady named sunonjana chatterjee.
She informed us that two people are required to service the shower and she can provide only one and that we should arrange another on our own. We told her that we would not be able to arrange anyone. Also since this is a high tech system, we don’t want anyone else than jaquar technician to open and service it. To this she replied that we are not the only people who have installed jaquar shower and that if we cannot arrange a person, we should forget about it. We asked for jaquar customer service email, to which she said rudely that she don’t have.
We are shocked to get such a response from a representative of jaquar. Especially when the product involved is a premium shower system which cost us a few lakh rupees. Now there is no help regarding service of the product.
Please look into the matter and get the issue resolved asap.

Water leakage from jaquar taps and seat and complaining to there costumer care from 4 months but of nouse.. Jaquar dont cares there service as no service agent/mechanic came to see the defect and they closes my complaint again n again after some days for loging. On askn what n why soo then make me to hold call and same music.. For long and nobody reply and after 30 min of wait i got there cheated behaviour and now hate this jaquar sanitary product.. Dont buy such expensive product as de dont have any service agent to look after.. My phone number [protected]

I bought three nos closets if jaquar from lakshmy ceramics coimbatore. Out of that two got crack in the same places, even after complaining to the company through mail and customer care,. The technician visited and unanimously decided it is not manufacturing defect even after explaining, no response from the company, only they call and tell they will attend and send senior technician. Around rs32000 spent on purchasing. Poor response from jaquar, i doubt whether the higher ups are aware of this problem

Cistern is not working properly and i have purchased the new fitting 3-4 months backs.
There is continuous leakage from it and due to which the water tank of the house gets empty daily.

Can you please send your executive to check and replace the same if there is some damage in parts

It would be really helpful if you take this matter as priority, as this is creating too big problem for us on daily basis.

Dear sirs, wr have a marriage mahal named meenakshi mahal at krishnagiri.in our mahal for all bath rooms.in bathroom we bought 15 nos of flush out pressing type product of your company from salem. After 2 years we face the realsing problem after flushing at bathrooms. So try pls clear it. Some time more water goes out without stopping. We got strucked, so more water goes out during this time. We installed the products of jaquar at our new home, almost all the products are not in function properly. We filed the complaint many time but still the issue is not resolved. Once they come and fix and in some days we face the same problem again.

All the tabs, flush, showers needs repair and some maintenece work. We need the assistance as soon as possible. And the fix you do this time should be permanent. We don't want to face the same issues again.

We purchased complete range of jaguar products for our restaurant. But the flush valves are of worst quality. We are too much tired by repairing them very repteadly. The springs will get jammed always. If once the problem occures it takes minimum 2/3 days to get it repaired, mean while a lot of customer comlaints has to be attend by restaurant staff which adversly affecting our reputation and google reviews.
So here with we are requesting the co. To send good technical person and replace the inner assembly.

Dear sir,

Refer to my consumer complain dated 21 nov 18 would like to inform you that i have not received any solution from jaguar.

On other hand fresh complain were registered by me on 08 th dec 18 complain numbers are 01101373 and 01101393, would like to inform you that today at 1553 hrs, i have received sms from jaguar saying that my both complains are resolved... I am unable to under stand how without resolving and visiting site complain can be closed... After sale service of jaguar is very poor they don't have any control on after sale team and service.

I can only request peoples not to purchase jaguar fitting because after sale service of jaguar is very poor... And other hand they are asking for money for repair of the product which are under warranty.

I have registered a complaint on 4.12.18. My comlaint no. Is 01085018. The plumber mr hiren has taken my tap for repairing. Since last 4 days, he is neither responding on phone nor fixing back my costly tap. Mr prakash from ahmedabad centre is trying to contact him but in vain. I am suffering as it is kitchen tap. Give me solution immediately as i will otherwise have to escalate the matter.

We have booked the complaint of instant water heater geazer on 05.11.2018 with jaquar helpline but the same is not being resolved even now on 03.12.2018 we are calling them constantly to resolve the same but no body came to resolve the same. Today on calling at the helpline i got to know that the complaint had been resolved by them though no body came to our home to resolve the same
