We purchased complete range of jaguar products for our restaurant. But the flush valves are of worst quality. We are too much tired by repairing them very repteadly. The springs will get jammed always. If once the problem occures it takes minimum 2/3 days to get it repaired, mean while a lot of customer comlaints has to be attend by restaurant staff which adversly affecting our reputation and google reviews.
So here with we are requesting the co. To send good technical person and replace the inner assembly.
We purchased all materials from chabria
& sons /shivaji nagar, bangalore.
Will co help us to come out of the problem?

From one of the opening of the tap, water is not coming.
We are not getting any service from jaquar serviceman since last 6 months. The shower unit has leakage problem and the serviceman is not able to it sort out. Earlier he used to give excuses like the spares are not available but since last 1 month he is not even answering my calls.
2 tap of my house has been leaked for 6 months

    Dear sir,

    Refer to my consumer complain dated 21 nov 18 would like to inform you that i have not received any solution from jaguar.

    On other hand fresh complain were registered by me on 08 th dec 18 complain numbers are 01101373 and 01101393, would like to inform you that today at 1553 hrs, i have received sms from jaguar saying that my both complains are resolved... I am unable to under stand how without resolving and visiting site complain can be closed... After sale service of jaguar is very poor they don't have any control on after sale team and service.

    I can only request peoples not to purchase jaguar fitting because after sale service of jaguar is very poor... And other hand they are asking for money for repair of the product which are under warranty.

    We have purchased Water (Hot and Cold) mixer 5-6 years back. Now the Hot Water Mixer has a small leakage (drop is coming continuously). Kindly resolve the same as Local Plumbers are not able to deal with such repairs.

      I have registered a complaint on 4.12.18. My comlaint no. Is 01085018. The plumber mr hiren has taken my tap for repairing. Since last 4 days, he is neither responding on phone nor fixing back my costly tap. Mr prakash from ahmedabad centre is trying to contact him but in vain. I am suffering as it is kitchen tap. Give me solution immediately as i will otherwise have to escalate the matter.

        instant water heater complaint

        We have booked the complaint of instant water heater geazer on 05.11.2018 with jaquar helpline but the same is not being resolved even now on 03.12.2018 we are calling them constantly to resolve the same but no body came to resolve the same. Today on calling at the helpline i got to know that the complaint had been resolved by them though no body came to our home to resolve the same

        We are developers by profession by the name of terra group and tulip hosuing.

        We are trying to complain since four days.

        I have used jaquar in many of my resdiential projects.

        Facing serious trouble in my home.

        Need urgent action.

        Toll free number never works. Tried calling 1000 times.

        Faridabads technician not attending calls properly.

        There is leakeage in wall mounted mixer.

        Angle valve below wash basins not working.

        Leakage in rain shower.

        I want these actions to be taken it very urgently.

          My kitchen tap is not working properly and it is in the warranty period l, so i tried to contact customer care no. Many a times, but all times it is giving the answer that all executives are busy on other call. Also i waited for much time on call but all the times it keeps on saying that all executives are busy. It is a method to fool the customers. So i request for quick reply.

            We purchased jaquar 3l water heater in november 2016. We have been uaing jaquar products regulalry but this time this product has not met jaquar standards. Its not working properly and we are facing issuse because of this. We are not getting hot water.

              water heater alexa plus 20 ltr

              We bought a jaguar water heater with remote for our home. (Alexa plus hz 20 ltr) the heater was not starting up and we raised a complaint with the local service provider (Nexus enterprises, palakkad, kerala).               Subject – complaint about your product geyser.

              Dear sir,
              I have been using jaquar geyser for last 4-5 years. At present, it has gone out of working. I complained on customer care. One gentleman visited my residence and said that the company has been bi-furcated and the other one will look it after. My geyser is a. O. Smith mark.

              I called on no. [protected] on 26.11.2018 and was told that it was holiday and response i might call next day. I called today on wednesday but no satisfactory but it is my complaint that such a carelessness from the side of your renowned company is deplorable. I purchased it from roorkee and my home town is located on nh 58 only 7 kms away from roorkee.

              You are requested to look into the matter on urgent basis and provide me the necessary help in this cold month and oblige.

                    I am a resident of 504, coral-a, shalimar city, delhi wazirabad road, ghaziabad.
                    The builder m/s mr proview had installed jaguar faucets in the entire society,

                    The vendor was combined enterprises, noida and there was a promise of 10 years warranty on the faucets.

                    The item started leaking after a few months.

                    The technicians from jaguar visited in may and put a washer and minimised the leaks although i had to try very hard to stop the leak.
                    The system is again giving the problem.

                    I registered a complain on jaguar customer care and the number is 01043658 on 23rd.
                    The technician visited and advised that as he does not have spare parts he will come the next day.
                    He provided a service slip with a noting that bill not available although i advised him that the stores has the number
                    And he can have it from there. I even told him that i will pay him the cost of the replaced parts.

                    After he departed from there i received the message that call issue has been resolved. On contacting him he said i will need to
                    Lodge another complaint and he will come tomorrow if advised.

                    This is surprising. I am virtually trapped with this jaguar.

                    I raised another complaint with the number 01047416.

                    However if the complaint is not resolved by today i will destroy the item, take photograph of the faucet and post
                    On the social media so that people should know the 10 years warranty promise is a fake.

                        I have been having trouble with the i flush system from the day we got it installed and every time the service people comes and checks and doesn't solve the problem at all it has been 3 years and i have lost count of the number of complaints i have filed is there a solution for this problem at all??? Every time the service person visits and puts the blame on some thing or the other and we run around to rectify it and again it's the same old story. The i flush just doesn't work at all

                        1)Washbasin knobs of Bathroom to be fixed as it rorates in all directions and unable to ON it and knob gets detached, now not in use, fix it at the earliest
                        2) Shower tap, knob comes out when pull up for head shower and little leakage from main knob.

                          After complaint service center. A technician comes and says he will come with senior.
                          No one solve my problem.
                          Company also not resolve my problem.
                          Self they close my complaint at customer care center without my satisfaction.
                          So much costly products and performance is zero leval.
                          I suggest everyone not go for jaguar and artize tharmostates.
                          If my problem will not solve. I will go to consumer court early.

                            The bathtub mixer tap is not functional for the past few days. The hot and cold taps are not moving at all and we are unable to use the bathroom as the taps are jammed. This problem has been occurring consistently for the past few months and every time your person comes it becomes operational for 1-2 months and then we continue to face the same issue repeatedly. The mixer needs to be replaced for a permanent solution. Kindly send your person as we are facing a problem continuously and needs to be addressed asap

                              Service person was not ready to close main tap on terrace, how can i leave him alone and myself go on terrace. I have lift facility also but service person was very bad behaved person i have ever seen in my life. Please b noted. It's technician's duty to close the main tap. How could i know to close or open the tap and leave my home alone at the evening time.

                                My registered service call reference is[protected]Registered on 3rd november 2018), my geyser has not been working from day1, the shopkeeper had asked me to call up customer care. I had lodged a complaint on 3rd november 2018 and was told that the technician has been assigned and will visit your place within 3 days. Post this i have called up customer care[protected] more then 10 times still no resolution. Each time i had called they said due to festivals this thing is delayed, now that all the festivals are over can you please process this request.

                                Calling customer care is such a pain, they would waste easily 30 min, they have no records of the calls made by customers.in every call the problem has to be explained

                                The name of the technician assigned was rakesh (76xxxxxx16), this guy is not picking call not even reverting.
