Plz send some body taps are not working and hand shower is not ok in one month i m complaining again for hand shower and also body jets of artize is having leakage so plz clear these three problem water speed is very less from the tap and flow of water and feel is not good so plz send somebody to see this today because we feel bad all the time at home about product...

Purchased in august and fitted wall mixture 3 in one. Hot water flow is very much slow n less quantity. Complained twice with numbers 1) thanks for choosing jaquar, a complete bathing solution company. The registered service call reference no. Is 01014652.

I am a resident of 504, coral-a, shalimar city, delhi wazirabad road, ghaziabad.
The builder m/s mr proview had installed jaguar faucets in the entire society,

The vendor was combined enterprises, noida and there was a promise of 10 years warranty on the faucets.

The item started leaking after a few months.

The technicians from jaguar visited in may and put a washer and minimised the leaks...

I have been having trouble with the i flush system from the day we got it installed and every time the service people comes and checks and doesn't solve the problem at all it has been 3 years and i have lost count of the number of complaints i have filed is there a solution for this problem at all??? Every time the service person visits and puts the blame on some thing or the other and we run around to rectify it and again it's the same old...

After complaint service center. A technician comes and says he will come with senior.
No one solve my problem.
Company also not resolve my problem.

So much costly products and performance is zero leval.
I suggest everyone not go for jaguar and artize tharmostates.

The bathtub mixer tap is not functional for the past few days. The hot and cold taps are not moving at all and we are unable to use the bathroom as the taps are jammed. This problem has been occurring consistently for the past few months and every time your person comes it becomes operational for 1-2 months and then we continue to face the same issue repeatedly. Service person was not ready to close main tap on terrace, how can i leave him alone and myself go on terrace. I have lift facility also but service person was very bad behaved person i have ever seen in my life. Please b noted. It's technician's duty to close the main tap. I have registered my complaint on last tuesday 13th of nov.2018 with id 01004453.. Nobody came to executive the problem neither i received any call regarding the complaint to be sorted. This is really pathetic service of jaquar.. If this behavior continues i think time has started for the downfall of company..2 times i had call to the customer care. Both the times complaint was registered and then follow up.. But no progress till date.. Look...

I complained about the basin mixer on 24 august 2018 via complaint number 00749834.. The problem was not fully resolved i was told by the technician that he will be closing the complaint from their end but will return after few days to replace the check nut and phase but he never came... Then i again complained via complaint number 00954651 the other technician attended it but he didn't brought check nut so he told this time complain won't...

Hi this is manvi shah from ahmedabad.
My flush knob is not working and is under warranty. So kindly ask someone to get it replaced. As the water is constantly flowing in the pot and not stopping.

Extremely disappointed to say that even after calling customer care multiple times, problem remained unresolved even after three days of registering, such pathetic approach on behalf of service coordinator as well way of dealing is totally unacceptable

My complaint no is 01019935 dated 16th nov. The main knob to close the water supply in the flush valve has become in-operational. Also the cylinder is not responding.
Call center executive says it will take 72 hours.
How can the main valve of the tank in the building where i live be closed foe 72 hours.
Don"t you guys understand the seriousness of the situation.
I have spent 6000 rs for the water tanker already...

We have purchased jaquar fittings for our 6 bathrooms & kitchen just few months back.

Just before a week a kitchen sink mixer & 2 concealed flush tank has started problems. We have raised a request on 26th of october then 2 technicians came to solve it but couldn't succeed!! Specially for the kitchen sink mixer!! We have re-raised our complaint the day before yesterday again to your customer care but no one came till today...
