I am Nikunj Patolia staying in Surat, Gujarat.
I have installed jaquar products in my home in 2013. After that I am continuously facing an issue with wall mounted single button flush that it stops pullout back and continue draining water.
This complain is for particular one flush only not all other flush. I was complaining this matter since 2013 to your customer care service number form my registered number [protected] and technician come and solve some how. This happens almost every 3-4 months and I complain most of time to customer care. (you can find my complain record from my registered number). In year 2016-17, technician told us to change some part and we paid something Rs. 750. This payment was paid twice because he changed the part two times in two different visit. He never gave a bill of that but to solve the issue we paid. But problem never stops.
Now inlatest complain of june 2018, I registered same complain again and to solve the complain a technician named (Mr. Subhash) came who told that this whole piece/product (flush) was defective since we purchased and this is company fault so we have to purchased new one for Rs. 1850/-. At that time of his visit, my wife and my 5 year old son was at home. My wife told him that if piece was defective than why part was changed earlier so he started arguing her loudly and never except that part was changed. My wife called me and told him to talk with me but he denied to talk with me. He almost shouted at home and forced my wife to sign the receipt for the complain that not solved but she did not. My wife takes a office number of jaquar from him and I called on that number (Miss Naina pick up the phone)and I said if he dint leave the house I’ll call the police. And then he went out by saying “Now solve it by some private agency.”
After that Miss Naina told me that she will send another technician and solve the matter. A new guy visited today (Dt: 10-July-2018) and changed some part called piston and solved the complain after almost a month. He did not ask for any payment and leave without giving us old part or bill. I again called the customer care and told that if the piece was defective from company then why the technician never told us earlier on first or second complain. If he did then we could ask the shopper from where we purchased and replaced the piece. This behavior shows that they are passing a time by changing some or other part so that once warranty period will finish they ask us to change whole piece by full payment. During this talk my phone was transferred to area manager who argued to much with me and never accepted the matter. At last he told me that he asked his technician about his misbehave but dint give answer to replacement of piece. If he is area manager then he must aware about the matter because we already complain locale office (to Miss Naina) about his technician behavior issue. And still the question of product replacement is still pending. I again called the customer care and asked if they have recording of the talk between me and area manger because call was transferred from customer care but they said ‘No’.
From Jaquar brand we never expect such behavior of Manger or technicians. We purchased Jaquar products to get better service and hassle free products. And now I expect to take this whole matter very importantly and solve.

    I am living in Kandaghat and have submitted a complaint. Call reference no. 00576469 and spoke to dealer in solan. In spite of my repeated requests he has failed to come.       Not responding to service enquiry.. I have purchased jaquar bathroom fittings from authorised dealer at thamarassery, kerala, kozhikode
      All my flush tanks are found leaking and i contact the dealer for assistance from jaquar people.. No response from the company.. I am waiting for the service men.. My ph no is [protected].. Dealer says he contacted the service men and they are not responding.. How cani resolve this? Already i have paid lakhs of rupees to purchase the items..

      Dear sir,

      I had purchased all my home fittings from the jaguar showroom in palghar.
      All efforts to contact your call center are futile as there is too much talking and background noise so the lady cuts the call after a minute.
      I request for a plumber technician to please visit my home to rectify/replace taps.

          When we purchase the tap from jaquar showroom the sales tells abt d warranty of colour n finish is 10 years but now we r complaining abt the tap colour n finish in customer care for d tap dullness n roughness but executive who of jaquar not listen anything abt my complaint rather den he is blaiming us for it dat u r using hard cleaner product on tap for cleaning n he deny our complaint for replacement,...             Our Jaguar flush cock was repairs in May 2018, but today again the same
            complaint occurred. Flush valve is not working, result of it is that water
            is continuously flowing, causing serious difficulty. Same fault is
            repeated, causing great problem, which shows poor quality of your services.
            Because of this fault we are constrained to close the line and same section
            is without water, So Pl send technician for repair urgently.
            Apart from this our complaint of Jaguar WC is also pending since long
            unredressed . Which is not expected from you.Please see urgently.

              Complain no. 00554951 the problem is that the tap turned black from some places the service man came to my house yesterday and told me that this is because of the use of acid. But i haven't used the acid and he contacted to his senior the senior said that this cannot be changed as acid was used. I told to the senior that i am giving you the permission that by using harpic or any other chemical the tap colour fades from some parts and the liability for that tap will be mine. I told the service man to send any other service person he said that we do not have that much time. If you won't take any action on this matter then i have to take other actions. I have purchased 5 bathroom fittings plus 1 kitchen fittngs of your company which i have'nt used it till now willing to return all things back to your company.

                This is guna venkatesh from bangalore, the i flush -5 nos were purchased from bath world - invoice #696 on 12th may 2015.
                These were fitted in 5 bathrooms of my villa, we have been having issues with this flush from last 2 1/2 years.
                Every month i have issues with one or the other bathroom were water will automatically starts flushing when not in use, i invariably have to call the customer care to complain and as usual a technician comes and fixes it temporarily, the flush works fine for few days and again the same problem starts.
                Due to this issue we have problems with the villa association stating that due to this inconsistent flushing the tank gets emptied.
                So most of the time we have to operate by the turn key given to us, this is very very frustrating.
                I have aged in laws and a small kid how do you expect them to operate the flush through and lever, which in fact needs to just function with touch of a button.
                I have made numerous calls on this, but nobody from jaguar has taken it seriously.
                We surely feel that this is a faulty product and needs to be replaced immediately.
                I have also raised one complaint on 29th june 2018 with the customer care as two of my bathrooms have the water flushing continuously.
                The complain reference number is[protected].
                I explained the situation once again with the customer care person stating that i want a permanent solution to this issue and insisted on the same, so post few minutes somebody names yeswant from senior customer care called to know the issue, when explained he stated that the sales head /technical head will speak to me, nobody called.
                On 30/06 lourence from the technical team called to check if he could send the technician to fix the problem for which i told him i need somebody senior to come check and give permanent solution.
                Please get your senior to speak to me, he said he will speak and return the call, until now nobody has called it has been 3 days.

                We request you to look into this issue immediately and sort it out.
                Else we will have to take the legal route by approaching consumer court.

                You may also check with the customer care the number of complaints given in last 2 1/2 years under the name of guna venkatesh.

                  I purchased 3l geyser & many other jaquar fittings in jan '18 from aditya ceramics & sk ceramics - vadodara to renovate one of our bathroom. Started using renovated bathroom from march with very minimum usage since we are only two senior citizen members in house & renovated bathroom is used for guests only. A week before faced complete flooding of bathroom & connected room and called our plummber. Tiles broken & found that complete piping damaged due-to geyser failure. Lodged complaint no 00549136 & attended by removing some part & re-setting. Did not work & lodged second complaint no 00561392. This time your engineer opened & found failure of heating element. Not replaced & blamed tds of water. I told that with same water other geysers racold / bajaj are working. Not satisfied & geyser is kept aside. We are senior citizens & please provide us satisfactory product. At the time sale we were assured of trouble free & did not give any ref to tds.

                    I have purchased jet/fiz and leaking from the pipe with in 3 months.
                    I have installed jaguar fittting in all my houses.
                    I have opted for jaguar being renown name for quality and brought the costliest jet sprey but i am sorry yo say that it has not lasted even 3 months.
                    Other local jet spary costing 2-300 rs have much better record.

                        I have the problem with Jaguar water tap in my bath room It is badly jam, Water is not flowing from this tap.I have complained many time to resolve my problem but each time they are logging my complaint but without resolving they are closing the same Please look in to this and resolve my problem.

                        Issue in washer. Continuous leakage in sink cock
                        Lever of hand faucet is broken. It is manufactured of plastic which gets broken frequently and this is the main reason of customer complaint. Please replace it with some metal lever.

                        Hand faucet lever is made of plastic. This is being used frequently gets broken. It is suggested that it should be made of some metal. If company uses metal lever there will be less complaints and more customers satisfaction.

                          I Babita Krishnan from Madavoor, kerala purchased jaguar sanitary products on August 2017 from Tara Sanitaryware, Trivandrum, Kerala. We received the products on 23rd of August and we fitted it on 24th, while fitting, our plumber informed us that one of the faucet was leaking, toilet flap was loose, shower's steel covering was detached. I launched a complaint on 25th of august and they informed me that the person will be at your home soon but nobody came, so I again contacted them, they said that your house is under kollam jurisdiction so please inform the kollam office when I contacted Kollam office they said that you purchased it from trivandrum so it is to be done by them.Till today nobody from jaguar visited my home for entertaining my complaint.I went for Jaguar just because I thought it was a very nice n cool brand (through advertisement) moreover shop's salesman informed us that it is a trusted company which is giving ten years service with replacement guarentee and very good customer service and all that.But in my experience it is the most untrusted brand with very poor customer service.

                              I am pradeep jain.. Owner of hotel dharamlok, agra. I have used jaquar bathroom fittings in my hotel. I have made complaint of jaquar concieled flush to tollfree no of costumer care on 13th june 2018. No response received from jaquar and i again complaint on 18th june 2018 intimating that my first complaint was in 13th june. Then i came to know by this costumer care that first complaint was closed mentioning that i don't want to repair (Absolutely wrong). After making complaint again on 18th.. Till today 22nd no action has been taken. I am communicating to all my guests staying in my hotel.. That this is the service of jaquar. I don't know whether the issue will be solved or not.                               concealed water tank and sink tap having continuously water leakage problem. send your technician ASAP. Already 5 months before I have a same problem again its started, i need permanent solution regarding this problem

                              I here by complain regarding the push button for the flush. I request u to kindly send someone to repair it as it does not flush properly and all the waste does not flow.
                              Stopper purchased from Sanaa sanitary ware, nagdevi street, faulty. Water leaking. Kindly replace the product as soon as possible. I believe a reputed brand like Jaguar should resolve my problem as soon as possible and replace the product immediately. I paid dearly for the product believing in its authencity.

                                I opened a complaint on 14th may (#[protected]. This was related to my shower enclosure. The engineer came after a few days and started the work. He saw the bill and said the cubicle is under warranty.
                                He open one of the panels and said that some parts are required.

                                He came again and said some more parts are required. But after 4 weeks has not come.
                                One of my shower panel sliding door is taken out by jaguar engineer and is kept as it is. I called the center again on 15th june (One month after opening the complaint, i was told that the complaint is already closed. This is really very un professional from a reputed company.

                                A new complaint has been opened. # 00517473.

                                Still no contact from jaguar. What are my options now..

                                The engineer came and resolved the issue. Jaguar support is slow to respond as their engineers do not follow any service level timelines. Also they can close the issue without telling you. However, I am happy that the issue is resolved finally.

                                Thanks, yesterday the engineer came and rectified the issue.

                                I think Jaguar support team to really review the response to genuine issues. It takes toooooo long.

                                  I been through number of complaints against the functions of my flushing tanks since i have installed them in home. Whenever the organiser came and has done its work over it, after two days it reaches in the same condition and stop functioning.. I am getting huge trouble as its important part of washroom while using toilet. The operator everytimes when comes and says that it is totally damaged and needs replacement hence i want a complete solution by replacing it in new one.

                                    I am tired complaining for i flush from last 2 years. Spring is not working proper and jaguar company don’t have proper solutions. Parents are very disappointed. I have renovated bathrooms for them and every time they fix and after few days same problems starts. I have completed for stains in sanitary they told that it is because of water flow have some leakages because of i flush.

                                      Had brought wall mixer from rathod bulid mart yeshwantpur bangalore within 2 months the chrome is chipping of the product is 100% faulty i had brought it the very time the product got launched now the money invested in bathrooms gone for a toss better buy non branded products they have better quality jaquar is all name had complained 3 times a person had come taken photos videos and then no response the company is aware of it only cause we people don't fight for it they take us granted shame on you and ur brand jaquar it seems bloody cheap brand
