Please help me with my aria wall hung wc as I am facing a lot of difficulties in flushing the toilet. Flush switch when pushed for use doesn’t come back automatically after the flush gets done and it continues water flow.

I have attached a photo below for your better understandings.

Please help me and give me a possible solution.

I still avail all the warranties and have bill copy with me.

Hi l am living is sushma elite cross zirakpur shampoo punjab. Here we have been living since one-year. All the bathroom fittings in this society or may our block is of jaquar. Since we have bought the house the shower of one of the bathroom does not work due to one of technical reason. And as we complain it to the society keepers they tell to contacts jaquar in the matter. So it is all. How can it be corrected. Help

I purchased one jaquar 6 liter water heater two months back. I made a complaint regarding defect in water heater on 12/04/2018 by registered mobile number [protected]. My complaint was registered. Later after two days without inspecting my complaint i got a message as my complaint solved. Again on 16/04/2018 i repeat my complaint. Without solving my complaint on 08/05/2018, i got the message as my complaint solved. So far no attempt was made to solve my problem. I am forced to take legal action against you

During may 2016 i bought pipes, sanitary ware, showers for around rs.36000/- at kailash marbles, tirupur, tamil nadu. I have lost my bills. So today i visited kailash marbles and requested for bill copy or atleast bill so that i can contact for repairs. I met the owner who was sitting there. I clearly said him that i have lost my bill so please check in your system for my bill. He rudely replied that "that and all we cannot provide you and also it will not be in our system". Again i politely requested him saying my situation. Then with his high voice he said "give me the date and time then i'll give you". For that i said "sir just now you said it is not in the system and now you are saying i can provide of i give the date. So it means it's there in the system so please filter the data and check once sir". For that he said i cannot sit and search for give me the date or go away i cannot serch for. Then i also shouted at him saying that if you can't check the bill for a customer then what for you run a shop and left.

It was really horrible experience that too from the owner of the shop. On trusting jaquar i bought products for my home. But to give my bill details they are shouting like hell. It's really frustrating to be a customer of jaquar.

I would like to make a complaint about the above said subject, i got it installed but the internal jet is not working properly, the pressure with which the water should come when the tap is on is not so, request you to kindly send someone to get the issue resolved. I had brought it from your authorized dealer in mahavir enclave, palam, new delhi,.

Dear sir,
On aug 2018 i have purchased one jaquar bathroom product but now is is not operating and i have purchased it as a good product and its too expensive.
Now the product is not working properly and the product is not upto satisfactory. We are from middle class family this product is too much expensive for us.
While on purchasing your product dealer told that 10 guaranty on this product.
So please send your representative to rectify the problem or replace with new one immediately.

Sir, my hand shower is leaking water due to cut. On complain, your mechanic came and inspected and said that the Cut is not a manufacturing defect and so it doesn't come under guarantee.
But the product I purchased i.e. the HAND SHOWER is still in guarantee period and there is no sharp object being used by me or anyone for that cut to occur. therefore kindly replace the hand shower with a new one

Jaguar - Poor Quality, Terrible Service and Unethical Practices.
I want to bring to your attention to very poor service and unethical practices by Jaguar.
I really regret buying Jaguar products. Not only the product quality is horrible and after sale service is even more terrible.
One has to keep chasing their call centre.
In case you are trapped by buying their products then be prepared for defunct operations and everlasting leakages everywhere.
I also caught them to be very unethical. If you ask service centre operator to escalate the complaint, they would simply transfer call to their own colleague at same level. I caught them today (5-May-2018). On top of that I was promised that my issue shall be resolved by 6-PM on 5-May-2018. But nobody has cared even to attend to this complaint.
I strongly recommend - Never buy their products.
In my case, the complaint was lodged vide Ticket# 00359173 on dated 25-Apr-2018. But no one has attended to this till date.
The concealed tank is leaking since last month.
Earlier, the complaint was lodged vide Ticket# 00340158 dated 19-Apr-2018. When Engineer visited, he did some workaround. Seeing this, I told him that it shall not work. And within four days it again started leaking. So again had to call service center.
Then I had to call service centre again Ticket# 00359173 on dated 25-Apr-2018. But no one has attended to this till date.

We had purchased 6-Nos Wall Hung water closet Model No 959S with Seat cover and 2 Nos 13257 Urinal From Jaguar Dealer in Chennai Thro' a company by name J M Bath Solution thro their Invoice No 1464 dated 07.03.18.
In the above complaint i was informing the same and i had a problem ' 959S water closet could not be fixed by me due to variation in distances between in and outlet of the closet. It should be standard distance as 135 mm but available as 160 mm', Before the issue could be sorted out by M/s Jaguar, the complaint no was closed say it was sorted out.
Further the urinals was supplied without accessories so i am not able to fix the Urinals.
I am a Voluntarily Retired Civil Engineer and regular user of Jaguar Sanitary as well as LED lights to my clients. Restore the complaint and sort out my difficulties in using your fittings. Even though it was inspected by the Jaguar Team on 30.04.18, there seems to be no progress in this regard

I bought a geyser of 25 litre on 4 jan 2018. But after 1 month it was not working and i complaint for it on customer care for several times once a mechanic came and said its summer now so what’s the use of geyser and i will repair it in winters
Since then they are not taking action
It’s worst company so i request u all dear friends please don’t buy any product from jaquar

We had installed nagaur bathroom fittings in the year 2001. Recently there is continuous leakage in one of the conceal cock spindle connected with the hot water geyser.
The spindle is leaking and the material is not available in the market tried a lot but as this is old model around 18 years couldn't find in the local market. Kindly send your representative to resolve the problem...

I have jaguar products in my washroom and there is continuous leakage of water from them. Even when one tries to use the tap, water also leaks from the shower. The mixer doesn't work either. The flushing system also has a leakage problem and due to this, the water accumulates on the floor instead of going in the flush tank. We have complained about it earlier but the person who came to repair it, didn't have the required tools and solution for the problem. I request you to please look into it and solve the problem.

I bought jaquar closet and found water is leaking through closet.As I complained some technician came and said have to replace it.And tool a vedio of it and went. Now it is been one month after this incident, I called customer service repeatedly and they are just ignoring the call.Jaquar, This is the way you treats the customer?local service center number is :[protected] .While calling into this no they behaves total irresponsible and I disappointed .Please do the replacement fast

In common bathroom the flush of toilets gets automatically turns on and there is lot of waste of water
This occurs normally every alternate day
Sometimes in day time
Sometime at night
So please resolve the problem at it getting too much disturbance when the water flows out
If we are outside the city and if it happens
Then there is chance water might comes into flat

This is the reason for which i have to submit online complaint

Toilet flush valve not operating properly. Flush knob can't close. Water flushing continually. Conceal flush valve installed five years ago from few days ago knob was not working properly. Two days before suddenly spring operation stopped and water flowing continually in water closet. Due to that main valve of water supply to building closed by society. Now there is problem of water supply. It is kind request to needful as early as possible to resolve the problem.

Myself pratap halder and i purchase two times jaguar products but jaquar shop staff very rude and bad behaviour to my brother's n friends to us i am very upset and angry for that matter and i suggest to any customer not visit jaquar showroom in asansol unique decor, harassment to payments issue did not any online payments options not there shop. My self chandrashekhar solat flat owner of sukhwani scarlet building flat no - 204 a1 building second floor wagholi kesnand road pune. My flat both the toilet hand shower is not working properly. I bought a single lever concealed diverter for which the lever got detached from the unit and is not working properly. We bought it 1year back since then the unit has some problem i. E the nob for hot water doesn't work. The unit costs around ₹7000 which has 1year warranty. As per local plumber the unit can't be repaired as the unit itself is damaged unit. Can u please send your service provider as early as possible and replace the unit with new one.

I bought jaguar closet worth of 14k few weeks back for my under construction house but at that time we just received the items but we just opened the box and verified the item is delivered correctly but yesterday we installed and when we removed the sticker and found that damage was covered with sticker, generally sticker will be placed in the middle of the product but in my case they just placed in the edge to cover both side to hide the damaged, when i called the agencies they are saying they delivered and its my responsible to remove the sticker and checked the product is ok.in reality no one remove the sticker to check the product is ok. I have planning for my house warming function by this week end but this incident putting me in trouble, i thought jaguar is best company but now this incident is giving bad impression with jaguar product.

Also i bought handwash gun but ideally box should have four items inside however received three idems inside and went back to show and replaced.

I hope you can arrange replacement immediately
