I have complain before 2 day for my wash basin leackage problemme person come & said i cant do it my boss will come & do it but almost two days gone there are no solution of my problemme i call that person who come at my home he gave his service manager no mr. Mayur mobile no ([protected]) he ans me that you have call your personal plumber to open than our person comes how roudlyl ans given to me that if you want complain against me complain in customercare thats why i write this msg to your complain department to give some solution about this worst experience from jaquar service management, my problemme was just leakage in washbasin now its flow fast water. I'm regularly lodging a complain since 3 months regarding my concealed cistern. My last service call reference no. is 00225383. But I'm shocked that every time my complaint is closed without attending. Once a senior person promised me that not to worry as I'll get my problem resolved within 24 hours. But nobody came to repair. After 40 days a technician called me and told that he'll come in 2-3 days and will resolve my problem. After that its been 2 month and I'm regularly calling him and he is telling the same that it'll take 2 or 3 days. I'm very much disappointed from this kind of service from India's leading company like Jaquar. Really worst experience for service which is not expected from Jaquar. Only you look sales, so don't offer service. It Is really painful that customer spends huge amount to buy expensive items from Jaquar but it goes all in vain...

Kindly provide me the support as i have one jaguar mixture machine. I have some problem regarding working of tap. my jaguar mixture is not working from more then last two weeks I have called customers service so many time but no possible solution have given till yet. our compliant no 00204287 as been given to us almost 15 days ago. but till now neither service centre has respond or nor the person has visit till now at our office. its seems to be very poor service of such a big brand name. its really a shameful moment that a little issue cannot be solved by jaguar service support. its seems i must have taken a wrong step going with the jaguar brand instead i have used some other brand tap and im sure they had provided some possible solution to me at the same time. im really sorry to say that the experience of service with jaguar is not so good.

This is my complaint number 00231398 which is done on 15/03/18 from ahmedabad. My shower diverter is complaint water is flowing 3 days nonstop. Ensure within 72 hours but after the deadline also no response. 4 times i called customer care& about 25 calls to outlet and related peoples not any person took responsibility for make solution. Really worst experience for service which is not expect from jaguar/only u look sale, so dnt offer service

Kindly provide me the support as i have one jaquar mixure machine and found water leakage from the centre part of the machine from some days. The machine is almost 5 years old. The machine is provided by my builder during the time of purchasing my flat and hence no warranty card is with me. I hope will look into the matter carefully and take necessary action for rectification of the machine.

Dear sir/ ma'am,
Kitchen sink tap: its surface ring at the counter top is missing and the water is leaking below the counter, so is the tap water spout not switching properly.
Bathroom concealed flush tank: it is leaking water in the pot for a period of time in small intervals.
Shower fitting: has not be fixed properly hence its moving and also water pressure is being affected.

Please note that the delivery opening of the soap dispenser is very very small and soaps gets dried up there. After few days o[censored]sage it gets blocked and many of our dispenser is not working. Being a reputed company you cant afford to make a defective product like this. Your products are priced in a higher bracket in the market you have to think about the viscosity of standard indian liquid soap available in the indian market. Your early reply will be highly appreciated.

Dear sir, i am the resident of nanded city, sarang-j/204.in my flat, all kitchen and bathroom accessories are of jaguar brand. There is a problem in working with health faucet. I have called three times the jaguar concerned person mr. Sachin ([protected]). But, he did not keep the promise. I am expecting positive action and response to my complaint.

I was using the i flush from 2016 may. From starting there is a complaint, water draining automatically, can’t stop the flush, knob was not working. This was the last service call refer no.662983. Now again leaking and flush is not stopping. We are facing 3months once this problem still it not resolving. When we ask to the service person they are saying i flush is the failure model. Then how we will use this. Please arrange a solution to change it to new set up, we have fed up with i-flush

Dear team,
It is utterly displeasure for me that the brand like your company is not valuing their after sales services. Undersigned have raised the issue of the captioned subject several times through dealer, your company representative placed at my home town and also your tall free no, but my every try went on vain.
Twice your company representative visited my house and taken the note of the faulty parts and updated us that he will arrange the spare parts and within a week the same will be replaced, but it's been a year no response or replacement appeared.
This is my last try to update your good office about my agony and apathy.
Hope some response will be there from your end.

I have opted for jaguar bathroom fittings for my home due to its big brand name and services they are calming, but it turns to be a big disappointment as withing 6 month only i'm facing many problem with their products like faucet, hand shower, they started liking withing 1st month o[censored]se only and few even just after few days o[censored]se.
Regarding their customer support, they are pathetic, after many followups, they hardly turn up, if...

We have purchased the showers 6 month ago but they have stopped working since last 15 days and no water is coming from them. So we want the solution for that. 2 days ago one of your service provider ha cime but he does not equipments to resolve our issue. So, please amy other person for solving our lroblem as soon as possible. We need the solution in 2 days otherwise replace thw product.

I have purchased the all fitting of my house of jaguar five year ago
Now the problem in one tab and i have complaint for the same. The company plumber repaired it and charge the amount from me and no receipt has given to me. My tab is in warranty period and the plumber charge the amount from me the name of plumber is jagdish chand and mobile no is [protected]. When i ask him for this he misbehave with my family

I think he is misusing the name & image of company.
Company should change these type of plumbers from these areas
This is my complaint to company if there will be no action i will take legal action

Sir,

I am Dr.V.Pavanasa kumar residing at 96/17, Krishnapuram, Peyanvilai, ARUMUGANERI, THOOTHUKUDI DISTRICT, TAMILNADU. At my home in a western toilet Wall mounted flush valve is not working properly and water does not stop flowing even after releasing flush valve.The flush valve is fitted to pipe line coming from OHT. I think that the spring within the valve has to be replaced.
Kindly arrange for rectification.

I have artize series jaccuzi, which us very premium product of artize series of jaquar. I am following up mr. Santosh vaidya from december 2018, but no one turned yet. Product problem : improper instalation method dictated by jaquar technical people, resulted into damage to wires by rat. Hence the the product ia not in working condition.
Emergency : due to lickage of wires and electrical disturbance a major accident by mistake can happen

Such a cheat company. Our full home is decorated with ess ess products. Their policies are far better.
This time in my new house i want to use jaguar taps, but at the time of installation my plumber said that the tap is faulty, and unfortunately i loss the bill.
Against my request the jaguar companies plumber said to that if he come to repair the tap he would charge inr 260 as service charge + price of parts.
This is not fair. What a lovely cheat policy. Keep it up jaguar.

I have loged a cpmplaint on 23rd feb vide complaint no 00072821. I got a phone call on same from jaquar for asking the complaint reason... But not boday visited till now... After that i am following again and again to attend the complaint.. But it my surprised today i. E. 3 mar to know my complaint is cancelled without attending... Is a really painful know customer sped huge amount to by expensive items from old reputed company... But all in vain...

Dear sir, i purchased 8 hand showers of jaguar from new mataji hardware; bellandur gate, sarjapur main road, bangalore 102. Out of 8 hand showers 4 has extra small steel connection with washer which looks like a protector. When i went & enquired abt this in the shop they say that those with. Extra steel connection with washer is old model and nowadays they don’t get such kind of item. I can send u the picture so that u will b able to know the missing part. Pleaselet me know immediately. I request u to send me that missing part of jaguar hand shower 4 nos. Immediately

We have purchased above product dated 29.06.2017 & its cover metal clam got broken, given complain 45 days back but we didn't got replacement or repaired. Company person come & ask us to buy a fresh sheet cover as they do not have the same in stock.
We do not understand if product do not sustain even for 1 year why company is introducing such product.

I bought bathroom fittings and sanitary ware from jaguar showroom, gorakhpur. During the time of installation it was found that the water is not flowing in the cistern tank and there is a leakage from top of the basin mixer. Despite repeatedly complaining in the customer care since last 5 days, nothing has been done till date. I have been speaking to the customer care executives consistently list last 5 days on a daily basis. Poor and pathetic service. A complete case of ignorance and poor management.
