Our flush handle of Lavatory has become very hard to press. We want to change it but parts are not available. Photo attached for your reference.

I have raised a complaint regarding water heater on 21st of June. The complaint was closed as resolved without resolving the problem. I contacted Jaquar again and they open a new service request, this time they asked me to wait for 15 days for the parts to arrive, but the request was closed and the problem was not resolved.
Their customer care doesn’t respond properly and raise a new request everytime we call them. Very worst...

मैंने दो सिरेमिक वाल खरीदे हैं। एक शुरू से ही खराब है। मेरे शिकायत पर तीन बार अलग अलग इंजीनियर आए। तीनों ने अपने स्तर पर ठीक किया लेकिन वह जो गड़बड़ थी वो अब भी है। तीसरे ने तो अपने इंजीनियर की पढ़ाई को ही फेल कर दिया। कहा कि पानी में गड़बड़ है। मेरे यहां एक ही छत है और एक ही टंकी है जो सबके यहां होती है। तो दूसरी वाली ठीक काम क्यों कर रही है। मैन्युफैक्चरि�...⇄ में कोई खराबी नहीं हो सकती है क्या? मैंने एक बार भी निश्चिंत होकर इसे यूज नहीं किया। हमेशा डरते डरते। क्या कंपनी की वारंटी ऐसे होती है। ध्यान देना चाहिए कंपनी को कस्टमर की असुविधा पर।कल को बच्चे नया घर बनाएं तो क्या मैं कह पाऊंगा कि इस कंपनी का माल प्रयोग करो। बहुत मन दुखी होता है। मैंने मकान में रहना भी शुरू नहीं किया था तब से ही गड़बड़ है इसमें और वारंटी के नाम पर मेरा मजाक बनाया हुआ है। धन्यवाद

There is a problem in my flush tank. It is not working. It is new only.

A metorplo flush valve installed 1 month before but now it is not working properly..The water is flowing through the wall hang comode automatically..

I logged a complaint on 17th June for a fault in my WC seat cover from Jaquar to customer care.
Rep visited a few days later and immediately had a conversation with his supervisor, who without any hesitation raised his hands off the issue mentioning this is something that we can not do anything.
I tried to have a sensible conversation with him as to what I as a customer can do here, I mean what possibly I can do if your product is faulty? But no, even without having me share the satisfaction code the ticket was bypassed and marked as resolved. (Even after I said that I would have a conversation with Customer care again, please till then have this in open state)

Cut to the next call made to Jaquar customer services, somehow after so many tries I was able to reach out to them, the phone rep redirected me to another person who supposedly is responsible for taking care of such issues but that guy also didn't take the responsibility and simply wanted to move away from the responsibility.

Later I had to take help from Twitter, I was relieved as I was assured there from Jaquar's official channel that I will be heard.
After multiple follow-ups there, I got a deadline for the issue to be resolved, then to further follow-up sufficient days later the deadline date, the admin blocked me on Twitter :P
I am no longer able to communicate with the Jaquar team on Twitter now.

I did the same thing on Facebook's official channel but no reply from there whatsoever.

I don't understand now, how and where should I go and take my grievance.

Diverter loose in both side rotate in 360 Degree round and round

I complained about the faulty handle of my Jaquar seat on 13 June,
The plumber came on 15 june
Checked and said the part has to be replaced which was under warrenty
And the replacement can take upto 15 days
We agreed and went on
15 days went by i tried to call the plumber multiple times he didn't pick up the phone
I contacted customer care
Which sent my complaint to escalation
I explained everything, they assured everything will be fixed As soon as possible
Couple of days went by i called escalation again
They put the area head on line
Of ludhiana MR. Kamal suneja on the line
He assured he will get it done in 2 days
2 days went by i called them again
This time I was angry
And i demanded answers
Kamal Suneja gave me his number and assured the plumber has taken the part and issue will be resolved under 24 hrs
Today is 13 July a whole month has passed and my issue has not been resolved
Kamal suneja, the plumber don't pick up their phone
This can be labelled as robery
This company is by far the worst experience
I demand justice for the harrasment i had to face for the last 1 month

Geyser is not working, not heating water, even it's display is not showing anything.

I've been trying to contact the jaquar customer service from the past 15 20 days for repair of our flush system but there isn't any response from their side. I got it repaired and paid rs3000 for new flush installation and the very next day it came out, then they sent another agent who looked at the problem and wentaway saying im bringing some things to repair it and necer comes back. They don't answer calls and if they do there's no response from the executives nor do they send any agent causing massive inconvenience to us.

We are having a problem in tap. It’s hole is blocked

The hot water pressure flow is very very low. Req you to do the service.

I had raised a sensor tap complaint with team on 23rd June'22. Till date its not resolved and when contacted customer care they said it will take another 15days. When i asked to share order form details then the Delhi branch refused to share. The behaviour of the Jaguar Delhi branch team is unacceptable. A bathroom is inoperative for 15days n will be same for another 15days. And the workaround cost has to be born by the customer.

I flush installed in all three bathrooms . Not working properly since 5 years . Numerous complaints but no permanent solution. Need replacement immediately.

Flush fitting popped out. Water won’t stop coming out of the pot.

I have a Jaguar tap which keeps dripping water and stains the stone platform. No one picks any of the Jaguar service phones. Even the 1800 no is not picked.
