I purchased new bathroom fittings of jaquar from gupta sanitary and hardware store, hauz khas new delhi.The bottom spout of the same set was broken from inside.It took 3 days for a technician just to visit the site.He came and took it away and reference number was provided 506772.He promised to return within a week.It has been 10 days and am yet to hear from jaquar.I have sent numerous mails at support @jaquar.com and [protected]@jaquar.com to know the progress.They have not replied even once.
When i call on the centralised no they take the branch into conference and they promise to call me back..which they never do.What do u expect i will keep running after the company for 1 tap??Why dint the company perform quality checks before supplying to dealers??Its a new unused product.I really don't know whether jaquar will return it or not??
I am not uploading the full page of the service receipt as dont want to share personal details on the internet

2 months back I have bought the above items during my home renovation. Few days back found the crome coating peeling off. I have informed Sandeep Ceramics, bangalore. They told me call or complaint jaguar personally.

Please do the needful to replace.
Flush button for toilet seat model SI-AMP not working.

    Mr. Rajesh mishra,

    I invite your attention to the poor service attention provided to the two nos. Of wall hung cistern fixed at my home. The water does not flow in one of the cistern after flushing resulting in the cistern become reduntant.in the other cistern, the water keeps seeping through the exit continuosly forcing me to keep the inlet valve closed to avoid wastage of water.

    Initially i called your toll free no. On 14th july and registered a complaint seeking service attention to my bathroom fittings. I was happy about getting a response the same day evening at around 5 pm where your technician vistied my home and performed the basic services. He took rs 200 from my home for performing the task. To my surprise, after returning from office late evening, i found the complaints in both the cistern unresolved. I am unsure what work the technician had perfomed and also pocketed the money. I called the technician (His mobile no. [protected]) the next day i. E.15th july. After listening to my woes he assured to be coming home before 12 noon. Later he called again and said to be comining by 2 pm. Time surpassed 2 pm and the technician did not turn up. It was around 4 pm and i called the toll free no. Once again referring the complaint no. 524329. I was connected to the jacquar chennai regional office no. Where a lady, after listening to the agony i have undergone, assured of arranging to send somebody to my home before end of the day. Nobody turned up nor there was a call. To my surprise i received a message from jaquar at 8.20 pm stating that the concern has been resolved. I wonder how can someone close a concern when it is still pending to be resolved.
    I have many jaquar products at my home and have experienced service complaints attended on time with perfection, without repeat repair. The technician who came is an deceitful guy incompetent to handle even the basic works. Two of thhe wash rooms at my home remains unutilised and we have difficulty in moving here and there. Can i expect a timely attention to my concern or regret for having purchased jaquar products.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased one commode latrine (Floor mountable) with model no. Lys-wht-38851s from your recognised dealer kiran sanitation, link road cuttack, odisha. After mounting the same the water leakages from bottom part while using the flush. Due to this it is now unserviceable causing a lot of problem.in this regard vide the registered service call reference number 501882 dated 7 july 2017. I contacted the regional office at bhubaneswar but did not receive any help from your side. Please do the needful action immediately.

        I complained on 28 th jun 2017, compliant number 495663. Service person just visit home and he told me another higher team will visit and solve your problem next day. But till today they not solved my problem.

        Once again i registered today on 11-07-17 and he told me your old complaint cancelled by service team...!!!

          Hi,

          I had purchased a 3 litre jaquar geyser some months back. It has some issues and for last 4 weeks i am trying to get the customer service to help me out. One person turns up and he tries to fix it but doesn't manage to do so. He made the problem worse and now we have to disconnect the power supply to the bathroom.
          Post that i have raised 2 more complaints and each time someone informs he would be here but doesn't turn up.
          Instead of solving the issue they just keep auto closing the service request because of sla and then raise a new request. The support person keeps on giving time and doesn't turn up

          One of the most pathetic companies and service is even worst service. This is the last product i am buying from this company and will never recommend this to anyone

          Shower panel hot and cold water not mixing, I mean hot water not come through tap.when I turned tap only cold water came out.i cheked gizer and connection of pipeline everything is OK.this problem from 10th of June, and I complaint dealer and customers care, but still problem is not solve.

            Sir, I lodge complaint ref colour fade of my plastic wc cover on 17/6, after repeated request coy Rep visited in 22 and took photography and gave job report. Now almost more than 10 days lapsed no action taken by your firm. When again contacted to customer care they told that Rep will again visit . Is this way of satisfying customer.               We had purchase sanitary ware vide bill no. 5584 dated 3. May.2014 from akc store our flushing and seat cover is not working from 19.6.2017.
              We had complaint on 21.6.2017 and on 29.6.2017 at customer care till now our complaint is not resolved.
              So you are requested it resolved it by tomorrow or we are compel to move to consumer court.

Such a worst service not seen in any other company product. It is advisable not to purchase any product of this company, which have no after sell service and no surety to run this product smoothly.

                I bought "jaquar" taps just because of its popularity but i didn't know hat it is the worst company. I filed a complaint about 18months ago but i didn't receive any response. I filed the complaint 4-5 times after this only a serviceman came. He asked for 600rupees because he said there is some problem with the part of the tap, i gave him the rupees. Till 6months i neither got my tap repaired nor my money back. When i tried to contact the serviceman he said that i will return you the money after 3-4 days, after this incidence he stopped picking up my phone. Now after 5 months he picked up my phone and when i asked him for the money he said that he has been transferred to some other place. This is extremely annoying.
                So what is the use of buying such expensive taps either we can buy cheap taps of cheap companies. And till today i haven't received my money.
                "i want my money back" and kindly improve your service and stop befooling customers and contact me as soon as possible.

                          Sir i had purchased some internal parts of jaquar 2 months before with all bill and the man who came also give us bill and said that it will cover 1 year of warranty.. Now today one of the man from jaquar has come for replacing the parts and replaced the broken parts. After doing so he is asking 200 rs for the labour charges and the materail which is replaced.. So why should we pay to him.. The parts which we had purchased contain 1 year warranty so whats the reason behind of paying for that stuff.. Also when we are using for 7 years no problem come and after purchasing the internal parts suddenly after two months its broken.. Is that your company policy or your parts items is chinese..

                          I called jaquar 10 times though no one came to solve the problem .the customer care executive was worst . they dont know how to talk. they told me to call me back in ten minutes, it is 10 days but still i didnt received call from the executive ., the jaquar is non recommandable company .

                            We purchase a Commode along with a cistern in November 2016. The cisterin is giving us problems every fortnight. We have to call a plumber and he says that something is getting stuck and charges Rs. 150/- per visit.

                            I think there is a design defect in the cistern.

                            Please arrange to have it checked. We are an old couple aged 87 and 80 and feel helpless.

                                I've made complaint for jaquar flush leaking service call reference no. Is 296410 on their customer care toll free number-[protected] on 25 apr 2017. However, when the service person representative (Name tausif) visited on 27 apr 2017 he asked rs. 1600 for part replacement. I even talked to his manager name asraf vohra from happy home service surat. However he informed that company is not providing him replacement so he cannot provide it free of cost. My product is under warranty and so no charge is applicable. I've even made complaint on jaquar website 01 may 2017

                                  On 15th March 2017 i had complained of a defect over head shower. I gave a complaint on customer care [190199] and their representative named uday kumar came. He told that the shower as a manufacturing defect and needs to be repaired/replaced. He told that i would take 20-25 days for repair /replacement. Till this day i had made numerous calls and complaints but there is no proper response. On 11th April I made another compliant regarding the same bearing complaint no: 260386 but there was no proper response. The customer care people say that I have to talk to the concerned person in chennai service area, but the guy in chennai service center says that he hasn't received the product yet from the company. This is my life's worst ever customer service from the most reputed "JAQUAR".

                                  Toilet spray handle is cracked. It is not working.

                                    Jaquar called to be number one bath fitting provider in country now becoming famous for their pathetic customer service and day loot. We had asked for replace of inlet piston of flush 3 months before which was done by customer care executive and surprisingly we observed leakage within few weeks. Later we had to call up customer care guys again to fix this. Then came to know the truth that first guy came from Jaquar replaced from copy and not original one. Second guy offered to replace with 50% price with so called company fittings and story dint end there again it is leaking now for which guy came and demanding hefty amount just to check that.

                                    Customer care service at Jaquar being super pathetic and not even a single person is ready to talk on this instead they are busy in blame game! next action on this would be going legally on Jaquar india. Hope they will not let me go till there and resolve my issue.
