I purchased jaquar hand shower in march 2013 and after four year this product had a leakage from their top section and i hereby request to repair the same at the earliest possible. It is to inform you that though this product was purchased from prakash supply agency (Bhubaneswar, odisha) i didnt keep any bill for this due to the construction process under builders supervision. I have brought water heater from bharat bath gallery amrik singh road bathinda.

Today i have installed the water heater and found that not in working condition. I have started water heater and not got the hot water after 15 mint.

I request you to please depute your engineer.

This is third i am facing the same problem... Leakage in my bathroom fittings.. When ever i call your services centre.. The response is so poor and annoying.. Transferring call from one person to another and asking same details again and again plus your service never show up.. All you ppl know is to sell.. Useless service ever seen 😡 regretting for buying your products.. Even a local bathroom fittings entrepreneur provide quick and good...

I have been following up with Jaquar, Indore for the replacement of defective Sink tap i purchased in Feb17 in Ratlam (Usha Nainani). Despite of agreeing to the fact that it is defective piece they have sold to me, they are not ready to replace as they don't want to bear the cost of defective piece, instead they want me to bear its cost. Please help escalating this to Jaquar management and assist.

Sir i have 10 flats with 3 bedrooms & 3bathrooms each with complete jaquar fitting when there are health or target loose whenever it happens i request jaquar service center or tollfree number the response i get is very poor

Sir i had purchased some internal parts of jaquar 2 months before with all bill and the man who came also give us bill and said that it will cover 1 year of warranty.. Now today one of the man from jaquar has come for replacing the parts and replaced the broken parts. After doing so he is asking 200 rs for the labour charges and the materail which is replaced.. So why should we pay to him.. The parts which we had purchased contain 1 year...

We purchase a Commode along with a cistern in November 2016. The cisterin is giving us problems every fortnight. We have to call a plumber and he says that something is getting stuck and charges Rs. 150/- per visit.

I think there is a design defect in the cistern.

Please arrange to have it checked. We are an old couple aged 87 and 80 and feel helpless....

I am complaining about the bathroom fittings you have done in house located in jalgranta. I have registered a complaint against leakage of tap on 09/05/2017&reminded it on 13/05/2017&16/05/2017 but no action from your end. On my first complaint through the toll free number it was informed that your sevice center will send the mechanic within 72 hours! After given follow up request 3 times finally service technician visited yesterday! Product is sku: ald-chr-079 which became faulty from inside itself!

Service technician directly declare it inside cartridge became faulty by physically damaged by outside! Which is impossible to believe by any human being! Cartridge is totally inside...

I er. Kannan before one and a half year i renewed my residence and complete changed the bathroom fitting with jaquar..

Now some of the fittings are heavely leaked and water being wasted..

We have a mixer in the bathroom in the wash basin. This is not very old (Do not know the date of purchase etc). The same is leaking drop by drop constantly and wastes over a bucket of water in 24 hours.
As you know water is the most valuable resource, we do not like it being wasted.in addition the drip drip sound is disturbing our sleep.

Pl have this repaired/replaced as deemed fit.
