I am having all my bathroom and kitchen fittings for last over 15 years from your company. My complaints were attended in a reasonable time. I am having frequent trouble with my Non Return Valves which are fitted in the bathrooms. The last visit was made by Mr. Tulsi Ram who charged me Rs.300/= but could not do satisfactory job. As it became un serviceable after two days of repair, I spoke to him on telephone. He informed that my NRVs have become un serviceable and need to be replaced. He also intimated that NRVs are not available at Dehradun Centre. Hence I request you to kindly send atleast two NRVs to your Dehradun Centre so that my bathroom water supply could start functioning properly.

I had posted the above complaint about two weeks back, however it appears that no action has been taken till date. You are requested to take an early action as I am having lot of difficulty in using my bathroom fittings. Kindly also let me know as to how long it will take to get the defect rectified.
I purchased a kitchen mixture in nov.-2016 The same is leaking from the first day kindly get it repaired/replaced immediately

    I have purchased a couple closet wc - white with the jaq code - lys-wht-0309 from one of the dealers in panjim, goa on 08/11/11.

    On 12th of this month, the flush tank of this wc broke and needed immediate replacement. I called up the customer care on[protected] and placed a request for a replacement of the flush tank. They promised me that a technician would contact me at the earliest.

    As i did not get any call from anyone from jaquar even after 48 hours, i called up the customer care again yesterday and was promised that my complaint has been put on fast track. Till now - after 50 hours, i still have no iformation as to when someone would visit mu house.

    As you may be aware, jaquat mainly deals with bathroom fittings and material. Any defect, breakage is an emergency as is the case with me, unable to use my wc. Therefor the response time for attending should be as minimal as can be.

    I am not sure how long would it take to get my wc in working condition as the flush tank has to be procured and fixed.

    Better service and coordination is required from a company of your repute. People when they buy materials/ items from you - at a very high premium - do so because of the reputation and a belief that they would get the best of the service.

    To face such situation as this, is totally disgusting and deplorable.

    I hope that you take up this issue with the urgency it requires.

      Jaguar commode ......disappointing.

      I bought a jaguar toilet commode in 2014 and ever since I have been having problems.it has been two years now.the rep arrives takes photographs and disappears.

      1.first the toilet seat keeps sliding off and despite some repair, this continues till date

      2.there is a hair line crack in the toilet rim.

      I have been complaining to the service toll free number repeatedly but there is no help or solution...

      The high cost jaguar tap fittings are supposed to carry longer life. Unfortunately within 4 years from date of purchase/installation the spout of the tap mixer has been broken and it took 3 weeks for its replacement only at a cost of Rs 1250/- . I was wondering why such a top quality claiming product got damaged...if at all for the sake keeping the brand image and its brand value, the customer should not have been made to pay for it. It is not the money that matters ..but the goodwill also. The company may choose to refund the amount collected for which I would provide the bank a/c details if asked for.

        My wash basin is not working from 2 months and i m complaining about it in its so called "just a call away" service of jaquar nd they only guarantee it to be solved in 3days max, i crrct dey only say of doing dis. Worst customer service. Better to choose local city compaonies as you could find anyone to help you.
        The company's senior executives has also talked to and i gave ultimatum to solve the pronlem he agreed, but now also no genuine action has been taken to solve my problem. I m feeling like i have chosen the worst company.

        I have complained you, jaquercompany by phone and email but still now you have not solve d. Take necessary steps or I I have to take legal steps. Your material is worst quality. On normal use broken within warranty period.

          I bought gyser on 03.07.2016 from your authorised agent Shruti Ceramics, Malad west Mumbai. Bought gyser is not working from last 10 days and despite of repeated reminder gyser is not repared. Yout auhorised agent says parts are not available and can not say how long we have to wait. Also the peraon who comes for repair is on leave and he no one knows whe he wll come back. Sir we bought gyser looking to the big brand name and such defected product makes us to rethink twice before we buy your product in future.

            We have concealed cistern purchased around 2 years back, In every few months it needs attention. water continuously flows (leaks) or some times flush not works.
            Also the diverter is not working properly (Shower leaks anytime) the technician does not able to make the problem solve permanently. the products are very good; but service side is worst of the company in Chhindwara.
            Please provide service today itself!

              I have purchased Jaquar pipes and fittings few years back. Health faucet handle broken few months back. So i have enquired about the warrenty in the shop from where i have purchased. As they they told i registerd the complaint on 8/10/2016 through the toll free number, the ref. no is 658206. after 10 days one person called me saying that he is from Jaquar services and asked the details of my complaint and he told he will be coming for rectification on the same day evening. But not arrived. Once i contacted him in the number he told that due to rain he didn't come. it was one friday and told me that he will come on next day. As i was available on that day he promised me to come on sunday. But nothing happened. after two three days i made a call and he replied that he will definitely come on the next day and i took leave and waited for him. no reply and no service. After a few days i again called the toll free number and mentioned about this. They registered a new complaint on 2/11/2016 with ref. no 706468. No reply till 12/11/2016 and i again registered a new complaint on the same day with ref. no. 745754. Today that is on 22/11/2016 a person called me and told that he is from Jaquar services and asked about the complaint details and address. He told me that he is coming for service positively by 2 pm and then he changed the time to 5pm. So i took half day leave and waited. After 5.30 pm i tried to contact him but no reply at all. I think Jaquar is not trust-able. Very bad service scheme.

                I got a faulty product and reached out to the Jaquar customer care. I have raised a complaint no.715481 on 3rd Nov. Technician came and took the defective part with promise of replacement/fixed. After almost 3 weeks, today technician called me and suggested to buy the part from market as it is not available with them otherwise suggested to wait for indefinite time.

                They are not willingly to fix or replace the part though it is within the product guaranty period.

                  Actually I repaired a leaked tap from your service men but it again started leaking after two days. Now it's making noise too so please send a good lumber to fix the problem. A spindle is needed to be replaced. The tap leaked all the time and makes a loud noise. Please send some service men to repair it.                     On 27/10/2016 we purchased two nos. EWC wall hung from EKAMBARAM sanitary Stores, 15, Silver jubilee road, Bangalore, [protected]@gmail.com, Bearing Invoice number Ess/12294/16-17.

                    Both the new EWC's when fitted displayed leaks, due to manufacturing defects. A complaint(no:750364) was made, and a service personnel visited on Thursday and did some patch work (affixed glue on the affected area) and asked us to go ahead with the re fixing. These were brand new EWc's and should have been replaced instead of some stick and paste job which the service personnel did.
                    We are very very unhappy with the product and the service provided. we have incurred extra re fixing costs and also there has been inconsiderable inconvenience due to delays in installation.JAQUAR should promptly replace the defective EWc's.
                    We would not like to escalate the matter so do remedy the issue ASAP. Please let us have the replacement done at the earliest.

                            I was calling from may every week when i call they say within 24 hours working day we will come in the first time in may when i call there worker come and checked and he said he will back when the item arrives. But then no response then all week i will call then there representative say within 24 hours working day we will arrive then also no response then also i am calling so many time all time they are saying the same words

                              I have recently purchased Jaquar washbasin mixture and from first day its not working. I have raised the complained and from last two weeks no one fixed the issue. Now I will make sure me or none of my friends should buy Jaquar product in future. Instead we will buy Hindware product, those are cheap in compare to Jaquar and service is far much better.

                                Dear Management/Appellate Authority

                                This is regarding my complaint no #714754 & #721488.

                                Technician Name - Amrutlaal

                                Customer Name - Shri P. K. Jain ( [protected] / [protected])
                                Customer Address - Near Ware House, Tiwari Compound, ITI Road,
                                Hoshangabad - 461001 (M.P.)

                                Complaint -

                                1. Always talks rudely.
                                2. Does not listen to customer concerns.
                                3.Cancelled complaint no 714754 on his own without any consent of customer.
                                4. Does not handle the fittings with care while repairing thus tend to get damage.
                                5.Misbehave even with senior citizen at home ( Mother & Father)
                                6. Raised this concern manier times to have an alternative technician, but no action from Jaguar management.
                                7. Unprofessional approach to attend customer complaints in this region (Hoshangabad) from years ( almost 5 years)

                                Action Solicited -

                                1. Replace/Remove/Fire this technician (Amrutlaal) on immediate basis.
                                2.Depute a sensible/well mannered technician to handle issues of region Hoshangabad ( 461001)
                                3. Meanwhile you fire reported technician, arrange a technician from Bhopal.
                                4.Pro-active approach while handling customer complaints from Jaguar Management.
                                5. Attend complaint no 721488 on immediate basis (concealed cistern float valve coupling broken - can not use flush!)

                                If above actions are not attended on immediate basis, I will now be bound to knock the doors of consumer forum and look for a legal action.

                                Assume this my last formal complaint.

                                Look forward for an immediate support.

                                Dear Jaquar Team,

                                After discussing with your Regional manager - Customer Care (Amjad Khan), Looks like you are not in the mood to offer any support to your customer except favoring your own executive.Not sure what is more important to you, but experiencing this situation I can say no way customer's opinion is important to you.

                                This is frustrating, I want you to assign a person who is sensible and responsible.

                                I am not saying that to fire the executive, but I wish the reported executive should not be attending my next complaint anymore.

                                You are free to arrange an alternative executive from Bhopal or nearby.

                                Please keep this feedback in records and implement.

                                  I have given a complaint on jaquar sanitary fittings 6 months back and still following it. We are still under the warranty period. The problem is not yet resolved. The customer service is very pathetic. When we cal them they say the spare parts are out of stock. They respond in a lethargic way. We want the problem to be resolved at the earliest. Thanks.

                                    I purchased two closets from jaquar local supplier modern sanitary, thrissur (Kerala). While unpacking observed small crack on the body of one closet. Jaquar service personnel was called and his view is that this might have happened during transportation from local dealer to my house site.
                                    From the crack it is evident that this is sure case of manufacturing defect.
                                    Local dealer refused to replaced this defective unit.

                                    I send emails to jaquar and no response from them.

                                    Consumer protection case filed through Thrissur consumer Forum.
                                    Forum awarded cost o[censored]nit 12000 ruppees + legal charges 5000 rippers. The local supplier Modern sanitary paid DD for 17000 rippers and case solved
