Actually I repaired a leaked tap from your service men but it again started leaking after two days. Now it's making noise too so please send a good lumber to fix the problem. A spindle is needed to be replaced. The tap leaked all the time and makes a loud noise. Please send some service men to repair it. I was calling from may every week when i call they say within 24 hours working day we will come in the first time in may when i call there worker come and checked and he said he will back when the item arrives. I have recently purchased Jaquar washbasin mixture and from first day its not working. I have raised the complained and from last two weeks no one fixed the issue. Now I will make sure me or none of my friends should buy Jaquar product in future. Instead we will buy Hindware product, those are cheap in compare to Jaquar and service is far much better....

I have given a complaint on jaquar sanitary fittings 6 months back and still following it. We are still under the warranty period. The problem is not yet resolved. The customer service is very pathetic. When we cal them they say the spare parts are out of stock. They respond in a lethargic way. We want the problem to be resolved at the earliest. Thanks....

I purchased two closets from jaquar local supplier modern sanitary, thrissur (Kerala). While unpacking observed small crack on the body of one closet. Jaquar service personnel was called and his view is that this might have happened during transportation from local dealer to my house site.
From the crack it is evident that this is sure case of manufacturing defect.
Local dealer refused to replaced this defective unit.

I had already complaint through the customer care phone services and the response from the service providing agency was not sure with repair or replacement is concerned, also the response from service provider was also rude. I was waiting patiently for last 4 months and still nothing was done. The items are still installed in the same condition and i would recommend anyone not to use any product of such pathetic service providing company....

We have filed approx 20 times complaint (ref no 628732, 625914, 533836, 500723, 277612, 249225, 039397) but no response.
New geyser of jaguar bought but its not working properly.
Very poor response.
Assurance is being given since past 6 months.
Despite of related complaints it is still not resolved and they have left the geyser half open.

Service person visited on 19 sep and informed to replace some assembly part with cost of Rs.480/. After giving confirmation he has taken a time of one day but did not came back. Since 19sep I have called customer care everyday, but still noone attended the problem. Waste of water is major concern and the company producing taps had no concern about water wastage. If Jaquar is on top for sales they should not forget about importance of failure...

I bought the wash basin tap 38005B and while installation, plumber noticed leaking inside. I booked a complaint in 18 August . Complaint no. 525849. Since then i am following it with customer care team. They keep promising to deliver today, tomorrow. After my repeated, persuasion, Your area manager Mr. Pradeep (Kerala) collected the leaking tap from my home on Sept 7. Until now the tap is not replaced. It is more than 30 days now....

I have purchased jaquar bathroom fittings for my apartment no 1103, supertech 34 pavilion, sector 34, noida on 26.10.2012, and the plating and finish of the fittings has worn out completely for all the fittings. I have registered at Jaguar service call center, for a service visit to repair a metro pole and a health fosset, dispite of informing than, that we have an immergency to get repaired these thing all because we have a patient at home, no response regarding the service after requesting 2times...

We called the helpline number of jaguar[protected] for service request for the jaguar fitting toilet seat problem since 2013 and the details are along with the complaint number(12th Feb[protected], 5th April[protected], 17th Jan[protected], 13th May[protected], 19th May[protected], 14th Nov[protected], 30th Aug[protected] and the service desk told us it will be rectified by 24 hours.
Even after 48 hour's nobody turned...
