We have complained 2 times but there is no response from your side .
the date of complaint was 15th and 18th of june .
first complain number is 00758942 i[censored] are not able to fulfill the service from your end we will return all your stuffs to the distributor.

The flush in 2 bathrooms of my newly shifted flat which has Jaquar fittings in all the bathrooms as well as kitchen, are not working. The plumber stated that the flushing system parts (siphon and Ball cup) are damaged and need replacement. Whether these would be covered by warranty. Please get it serviced urgently.

I have Installed 6 nos of i flush valves in my G+ 4 story building in the year 2020. My water tank is 4 feet above the 4th floor roof. I have installed i blush valves 3 rd, 2nd & 1st floor two bathrooms. These 6 nos of I flush valves have worked few days after installation, subsequently these valves are giving trouble. when ever i make a complaint to Jaquar service help line with continuous fallow up, their technician make a visit attend the problem and make it work. After 2 days these valves again stop working. Last two years I am struggling with this problem without any permanent solution. I have contacted their Hyderabad service manager but every time new technician comes tries to attend the problem. Once they have replaced total valve cartridge also but problem not solved. I am requesting them to provide permanent solution. Some technicians are indicating to replace I plush valve with Metropole valve without any Guaranty of solution, Some technicians are indicating to provide pressure booster pump. I am not getting 100% assurance of solution to the problem. Valve replacement needs breaking of tiles and exposing line it is a major work. I am requesting Jaquar company to provide me guidance and technical support to resolve my problem.

I have been calling customer care for product service and i received the service provider representative to fix the issue, they came but never done satisfactory work, after that i am lodging my complain on customer care but your rep has stopped coming to my house . I have doubt that you have good team to handle such issue specially after after sales service is poor .

Continuous leakage of water from flush tank

I want to log a complaint for my 2 month old bath mixer. The chrome plating is coming off. I have not used any chemicals on the bath mixer. I got damaged with regular use.
Unfortunately I had already contacted customercare on the phone many times since 1st June but my complaint remains unresolved. Twice some person came from Jaquar and told me that they cannot replace the mixer as according to them I have used some chemical on the mixer. I can assure you that I have not used any chemical. The chrome is coming off from one spot only and the rest of the mixer is in perfect condition. If at all a chemical is used then its effect should be visible at other places on the mixer.
Every time I call customer care I am told that some Mr. Abhay will call and try to resolve it. But till date he has not called.
I had bought a Jaquar bath mixer only because the earlier mixer was from the same company. Though few of my friends did tell me that Jaquar's quality has gone down and so is their service and also there is a lot of fake Jaquar products available in the market so I should rather buy a Grohe brand fittings, but as my earlier experience was very good I just went with Jaquar and bought it from your authorised dealer MLS in sector 29 Gurgaon. But now I understand what those people meant, and now I am also going to deter people from buying Jaquar.
I don't know if my complaint will be attended to and resolved, I am just trying my luck by writing here as a last resort as I have tried to call, even tweeted and then after getting automated replies I was blocked by Jaquar twitter account.
Hoping my complaint is heard and that I won't have to try any other new brand with a good reputation.

Recently i have purchased 6 jaquar cisten tank and some of them after getting full gets over flow
And continuously gets flowing

Totally worst product and bad service...

Very poor customer service. Don't buy any of this company's products.
Called so many times and also written mail but all in vain. Worse company and very very poor customer service.

Wall mixer valve, spindle valve to shower is leaking

Jaquar India was known for its quality and service but from the past few situations have been unbelievable. The customer service division is closing the case without even finding any solution. They're blaming the manufacturing defect on customers and asking to pay for the parts broken (internally). I got a sealed package from the dealer but after opening it, the outer body of the product was fine but internally it was broken... Your customer service is of no help and has been harrassing me and my family... You guys are not taking the ownership of the manufacturing defect and are putting the liability on the customers just to fill your pocket... I even spoke to the head of the customer service division but he is just molding the situation and is not even answering the call... Pathetic service and a victim of harrassment...

This is to highlight the issues we are facing for a service request of a Jaguar tap / mixture installed in our kitchen

We started facing issue with this tap almost a year ago and I have raised three more service requests before this. Earlier every time a technician visit our place and tighten the screw and provide assurance that it will not trouble going forward.

Finally the tap stop working on 25th May 2022,...

Yesterday one technician came from jaguar to repair my kitchen tap as it was leaking. He repaired it but I don't think he changed the part . He only put new washer. Today I got a call from customer care that 2 parts have been changed. Which is incorrect. Please see to this matter. We have raised the service request (Service Call No[protected] o 16th May 22 about the water leakage problem due to defective flush system of the Jaquar Commode. While we have received the acknowledgement of service request with the above service call number, we have not received any response from Jaquar support team/customer care/representative. We have been repeatedly following up for this service request through emails however there is no acknowledgement or response from Jaquar. We already have a shortage of water and Jaquar defective item and ignorance to the complaint is causing wastage of important natural resource. Leakage issue is causing inconvenience to my parents who are senior citizens. Request Jaquar to resolve this complaint urgently.
