I got a call from an executive from jaro education offering an executive mba course for a university. Since i was in looking for the same i thought it would be proficient on knowing about the course, so i agreed for meeting a consultant during my office hours in hyderabad. After having a talk with the consultant i was discerned that the course is inefficacious for my profile.
The next day i received a call from an executive siddharth jaggi from the same consultancy asking about my admission details, i informed him that the same. So this guy started yelling at me saying that i have just a minimal years of experience and he is been hiring people of 25 years of experience, indeed he was taunting me that how can you pay 20 lakh of fee and take up a full-time mba leaving my current job. He even bulldozed me saying he will pass my profile to all the other consultancy and block my profile and well i asked him to proceed with his threats, so he hung up the call on me.
What annoyed me most was that being a professional how can some one lose their self-restraint and start attacking personally.
A sincere advice to the management: please up skill the behavioral etiquettes of your employee. Was this information helpful? |
