Jaro Education — Unfulfilled Referral Promise [Ritika Chauhan has cheated me]

Dear Jaro Education Team,

I am writing to draw your kind attention regarding unfulfilled referral promise MBA program, I had referred my friend Laxman Rajpurohit to Ritika Chauhan from your organization for DY Patil University MBA program,

He said that after admission you will get a 4000 referral amount. It's been more than a month since Laxman's admission, and despite successful enrollment, I still haven't received the referral amount. Interestingly, after the admission process, Ritika Chauhan added her friend Anand's name in the referral without my consent. And called me and said that your friend will get a verification call.

Say on this call that Anand has referred me. When I asked him why did you do this? She said that if your friend Laxman says on the call that Anand has referred me, then I myself will send you a 4000 referral amount. I refused to add anyone else's name and requested that my name be added in that regard as I addressed Laxman Rajpurohit in your institution. I was asked to fill a google form, I have been calling Ritika Chauhan for almost a month, but she only says that the amount will come.

However, the promised referral amount of 4000 has not yet been credited to my account. I feel cheated and disappointed by this experience and believe it reflects poorly on the reputation of your organization. Ritika Chauhan has cheated me.I request your immediate intervention. Such incidents destroy the trust and credibility of your organization and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to rectify the situation and prevent its recurrence in future.
