Jav Sampoorna — physically abused

This is Mr.Ambarish Ghose, MD of JAV Sampoorna(placement for ladies) consultancy and this is own company near netaji bhavan metro station. He took money from me and said that he will give me a good job and after some days he sent me to a trading company as a sales consultant near park street, I went for the interview and got the job but that company did not placed me in their store as I was told but they placed me in their factory I worked over there for 3 days with those labours and when I said that I'm not comfortable with the environment and asked Mr.Ghose to place me somewhere nice he did not listen and instead of listening he disconnect the call. So, I went to his office today at sharp 10 A.M to meet him and tell my problems to him but instead of listening he shouted at me and said ''GET LOST FROM HERE'' and when I was leaving he called me a ''useless candidate'' and then I turn around and said ''have fun with your useless office'' as soon as I said this he ran towards me and punched me on my left arm and pushed me down the staircase. I fell of the stairs but then I stood up and screamed my lungs out while this was going on his wife came and so the other staffs he was shouting at me, calling me names. So, I left his so called office and immediately called my parents and my boyfriend. My boyfriend came within 15 minutes then he and I went to bhawanipur police station. When I told what happened to me in Mr.Ghose's office, then the S.I called him and asked him to come to the police station. he came after 20 minutes and but he was constantly denying those facts that he has pushed me, calling me names etc etc . but the S.I and the O.C were very helpful, they are public servant, they knows who is telling the truth and who is not so they did not believed Mr.Ghose. And then asked me what I want to do with this matter they also said to me ''it's totally depends upon you, whatever you decided to do we will help you legally, it's totally your decision, nobody is going to force you for anything'. and then I talked to my parents and my other family members and as I was suggested I did not file a FIR against him but I wanted him to say sorry to me in front of everybody and to regret everything he's done to me physically and emotionally or else I'll register a FIR against him. And finally after a long discussion he did say sorry and accept all his faults and lastly I've placed a GD against him. I can't show the GD letter because I've my home address and phone numbers on it.
