Javed Habib — Not giving Tax bill

I have went twice to javed habib hubli franchise but they do not give tax bills . first time when i went they said its new outlet and is opened few weeks before hence assured me of give tax bills next time . but when i went second time they refused to give tax bill which is illegal . i want you to take strict action. i am mentioning the address of the outlet below Address : 1st floor, Kittur Enclave Opp. BVB College Vidya Nagar Hubli- 580031 outlet contact no. :[protected] i am also attaching the copy of bill here.
