I had booking Jawa 42 motorcycle on dated 25/08/2019 from Jawa authorized Showroom NSG Jawa Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune Maharashtra by paid Rs. 5000 for booking amount which was totally refundable, since then I'm retrieving cancellation application regarding cancellation and refund procedure, till today no response from Jawa, just representative called single time to verify only whenever I mailed, then said that it's forwarded to executive authority for further process, but not single response from further. Also, they are telling that your money retained with dealer only, you can collect from dealer, but NSG Jawa Pimpri-Chinchwad showroom has been shut off since last 3 years. Can you tell me how much time required for to resolution for my cancellation request? or it will be sort or not sort? It's totally worst service and unreliable by Jawa further. I cannot suggest to Jawa for ever as experienced.
