Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles — False Commitments & Delaying Refunds

I have booked a Jawa 42 bike on 10.03.2023 at Global Super Bykes (Vasai West) with a amount of Rs.5, 000/- on 18.03.2023 dealer demanded another amount and I have paid Rs.1, 00, 000/- from my loan account. On 20.04.2023 they provided Engine No & Chassis No. and demanded full amount. I have paid full amount on 21.04.2023. Till 18.05.2023 they gave multiple false commitments about Bike that bike will be delivered in 2-3 days. On 18.05.2023 I have asked the cancellation process and dealer informed me to mail on their mail ID. On 27.05.2023 I called their Customer Care No and they informed to mail to them on jawa care Mail ID. I have spoken to ASM on Jawa Care he informed he will resolve my issue as soon as possible. Dealer called me and informed that Amount will be credited by 29.05.2023 or 30.05.2023. On 30.05.2023 I again called to dealer he said he is out of station will call back, hence I again called to Jawa Care and they informed me that amount will be credited by 31.05.2023.
I have complained against dealer and Jawa Care. Dealer everytime give me false commitments and on every call they say only 1 line will register my complaint and for any other thing you have to co-ordinate with Dealer. I have paid the amount to dealer whenever they asked but not my bike is delivered nor my amount they refunded. I am paying unnecessary interest on my vehicle loan and dealer is using my funds. Please look into the matter. I want to claim the Interest amount charged on my loan amount and inconvenience caused to me.
