Hi Team,
This is regarding the replacement of MBA Original Degree certificate,
I have applied my MBA Convocation (Original Degree) certificate on
16th-DEC-2017 and received the certificate from JNTU Anantapur on
16th-APR-2018. When post man has handed over the parcel to me that time itself outer cover was looking folded and damaged mark hence I asked to the post man regarding damage he told me what he has received from post office just hand over to me and if you want to complaint for this can send
e-mail to south India postal head. On same day I sent mail to postal team and they have inquired from their end and finally replied me the University people has not packed properly and used cheap with poor quality cover hence certificate got damaged. the same e-mail I have forwarded to Vice chancellor, Controller and Examination team, after few days got phone call from Examination cell to send the damaged certificate for replace and get a new certificate. Then I sent the damaged certificate to JNTU Anantapur on 31st-JULY-2018 and certificate has been received by Controller on
10th-AUG-2018. After sent certificate I asked to JNTUA team for when will get the new certificate and what is the status of that and sent three follow up
e-mail also but did not got any respond from university site. then I called many times to Examination team ([protected]) and Controller ([protected]) but there also no one received my call.
Finally sent a separate e-mail to Vice chancellor for look into this matter and assist on that as well provide the update about the new certificate but he also not respond my e-mail.
This issue is going on from past six month but still not received new MBA certificate, now my patience got over and need justice.
