I MUDHUNURI SIVA SUBBA RAJU, Roll no 157D5A0456, applied for original degree, I had done the payment, it was showing bank payment applied successfully but it is still showing payment pending but money was deducted from my bank account .Due to this I am unable to proceed to the next steps and upload documents. I have contacted the help desk multiple times but there is no response. I am in urgent need of My OD please look into this matter and provide a solution
