Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University — my od is long back printed but not received yet and no proper response from university

I am 2018 passout and applied for OD long back but still today (9/12/2019) I'm not able to receive it. No phone number is available to take the calls, I have tried to all the enlisted numbers on jntu Kakinada sites and there is no proper response. when I track the status from https://www.jntukexams.net/status it showing me the below text
"Your 14f01a05c9 is printed on[protected]:05:58.".
