I have ordered (Order no:7595) on 24th march'16 for 6 pc of hiora-k toothpaste 100gm each but received 6 pc of 50gm each. After discussing with their customer care, they said that the price mentioned in their website was for 50gm. But the bill i received was for 100gm each and product i received was for 50gm each.

They asked me to returned the same at my own cost and they will provide one free pc of hiora-k toothpaste 50gm as reimbursement of the returning cost.

After sending the same through trackon courier no:[protected] on 5th april'6, i am still trying to get in touch with them for my correct parcel but only once they assured me of sending the same parcel to my home on 18th april. Now they are not responding to my call. They are not picking up my call and not even to bothered to call me back.

Very unsatisfied with their services. Will not refer them anywhere.

Please help me.
