Jay Kumar — Regarding Claim of Mobile policy but nothing was done by company

Hi,
For the last 6 months, there is no response from the company side and I am still trying to call on provided no. But still no response.
I was taken a policy for my phone and it was PD, I was made a complaint about that and followed the instructions they told me, all process was completed by me my phone was also picked but from last 6 months it is showing in service and not delivered also my phone is not picked by anyone. I am in very trouble.
Please let me know what to do?
If anyone asks me what rating would you like to give this company for client satisfaction then I will give in minus rating if it is possible.
