I am writing to file a formal complaint against JAY MAJISA ENTERPRISES with regards to a scam they perpetrated against my company, Sadaan Handicraft, located in Moradabad. I kindly request your intervention in this matter to help rectify the situation and bring the responsible party to justice.
On 03/10/2023, JAY MAJISA ENTERPRISES, represented by Mr. Dulle Raj Tak, approached my company expressing interest in purchasing handicraft goods. After negotiations and assurances of their credibility, my company entered into a business agreement with them. Subsequently, JAY MAJISA ENTERPRISES took possession of handicraft goods valued at INR 2.51 lakhs.
Regrettably, it has come to my attention that JAY MAJISA ENTERPRISES, and Mr. Dulle Raj Tak specifically, have engaged in fraudulent activities. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they have failed to return the goods or make the agreed-upon payment. This breach of trust and fraudulent behavior has caused significant financial loss and emotional distress to my company.
