This complaint is about a fraud done by Jay Mata Di Roadways being represented by its owner Mr Brijesh Kumar Shahi - [protected](company is registered at this address - RS 1169, LR2468. ARABINDA NAGAR DANKUNI HOOGHLY WB_712311). The fraud was executed on 22nd May 2022. I put an enquiry for transportation of material by trucks on justdial on said date and got a call from given number from Mr Brijesh. He assure me that he will provide 20 Number of trucks for our requirement and i have to pay a token amount and on that i said ok i will pay you Rs 5000/- as token. But next day he told me to pay Rs 20, 000/- in advance for truck sending. When i reminded him about last day agreement of Rs 5, 000/- he told that no you have to pay Rs 20, 000/- . Since our work was getting delayed and we had pressure from our client so we agreed to pay Rs-20, 000/- and paid it. But now he is asking for 10, 000/- more and saying that without paying that more money trucks cant be sent. Then i smelt the fraud and told that you send the trucks at loading point and we will pay you the whole amount of frieght and not only advance but he denied to send any truck. On this i told him to return my money but he denied to do so also. Thus i got cheated by this fraud company and person and lost my hardearned mony of Rs 20, 000/-.
I request this forum to please help me get my money returned.
