Jayashree — Washing Machine service Falsely reported as cancelled without intimation

We have purchased a washing machine in 2023./ In jan 2025 we have raised a complaint SR ID :CHN150325FS00065 on 15/03/2025 . Service person from Vasantham Enterprises has visited our site and collected the main board for services on 18th march 2025 and after 9 days informed that the replacement board was not compatible and collected the entire unit to the service centre on 27.03.2025. After 1 week we noticed that the service request in the app was put as cancelled without any intimation. The machine is still not returned to us . When called for clarity and explanation, the team is just reporting that machine version is expired and hence suggesting for buy back. Just within 2 years of purchase. Worst support by a Major Industry player. Fraudulently marking the case as cancelled on 26th March 2025 without any intimation and collected the machine for service on 27th march and no update till today 2nd april 2025 .
