On 10th of july 2017 i ordered mobile phone from ebay.in model number lenovo zuk z1 |64gb rom |3gb ram |dual sim 4g lte |finger print sensor - mfg wty and payment made through my sbi credit card option total amount is 8, 500 with 9 months emi through paise pay they deducted my amount and i got payment confirmation. When i selected the item they have not mentioned any dispatch date, after two days of making the payment i received a message that the item will be shipped by 23rd of july 2017, i got shocked for such long delay, i called to ebay customer care on 14th of july 17, one of the customer care executive promised me that i will receive the item within 3 working days from the day i called. That went to wrong commitment. On 29th july 2017 i received a message from ebay that seller is unable to ship the item and automatic refund is initiated, within 3 days i will get my refund back to my credit card account. Till today 4th august 2017 there is no update from ebay, i received my credit bill with emi amount that i have to pay before due date. I called to ebay customer care to know the status of my refund, they spoke to me in such a rude manner and said that due technical issue i need to wait 20 more days to get the status of my refund, and simply saying they cannot do anything. First thing i did not receive the item, without receiving i am paying emi and there is no guarantee of my refund and getting rude answers from customer care escalation department.
