Jayesh — tata docomo wifi slow speed issue

For last three or four months I am getting very very slow speed for my photon WiFi connection. My number is [protected] When I asked in Docomo store they told me that they can't do anything. So I called the customer care. They also told that they can't do anything Then may I know who will resolve my complaint???? I gave for cancelation. They accepted.. Please give my device price back...
