I, the formerly principal of the aforesaid school, bring to your notice the following points which shows the gross and persistent violation of the cbse affiliation byelaws.
1. The ic (Comprising mrs jaishree sharma of kv airforce ghaziazbad and mr kulbhushan jad of radhakishan parvati fomra school mathrua) constituted for the affiliation of the school visited the school site on 03-march 2016 when i was the principal of the school. They didn't scrutinize the teachers eligibilty conditions and the area of the plots of the lands surrounding the school boundary.
2. Subsequent to their strong recommendation for the school affiliation in spite of many loopholes, the manager received a letter from the cbse regarding the compliance of 9 points. Some of the important objections were appointment of wellness teacher, qualified nurse, payment of proper da etc.
In compliance of the cbse objections the school notified your august office that the appointment of the wellness teacher has been made.in support of it the manager sent the appointment letter given to a fake teacher. The oasis report posted on the school website http://jaypeeschools-jvmtomri.edu.in/ shows that there is a wellness teacher whereas the fact is that no appointment has been made for the welnness teacher.
The school further notified the cbse that appointment of a qualified nurse has been made.in order to corroborate it, the appointment letter given to a fake candidate was submitted to the cbse office. The oasis report posted on the school website mentions the appointment of a qualified nurse whereas the fact is that no appointment was made for the qualified nurse. The school has tried to hoodwink the cbse chairman.
3, mrs meera yadav, tgt (Social science) is b.com (3rd division). As per the school affiliation byelaws she is not eligible to teach as tgt social science. Her promotion to the post of tgt social science is in contravention of the cbse affiiation byelaws. Needless to mention the said teacher is jeopardising the career of the students.
4. There is a mismatch in the area of the land surrounded by the school boundary and the area that has been shown to the cbse. Moreover, the lease deed of the plots of the land was done in a false manner. Shri nanank chand sharma executed the registration of the lease in the name of the manager shri mohan pradeep sharma but on that particular date the owner of the land was not shri nanak chand sharma. The khatauni shows that it was a jalmagn bhumi. It can be verified from the records of the tehsildar bulandshahar. I have a proof of khatuni of the same land.
5. Two plots were registered by the socalled owner shri nanak chand sharma for lease in the name of shri mohan pradeep sharma (Manager of the school) for getting recognition from the basic shikhsa adhikari bulandshahar up. The documents of both the lease were submitted to the office of the basic shiksha adhkikari bulandshaahr but the fact is that one of the plots is not in the school boundary. The plot is in a village which is 350 metrs away from the school boundary. The other plot was not in the name of shri nanak chand sharma who claimed himself to be the owner. I was armtwisted to sign on the dotted line.
6. The school boundary has many plots and some of the plots within the school boundary are not registered on lease.
7. The school started classes ix in april 2016 which was against my wishes. The school had not got recognition by that time. It is tantamount to obstinately flouting the instructions of the cbse.
8. The teachers are not getting proper da. Presently the da rate is 20%.
9. The file related to the noc posted on oasis report on school website is not opening. Other files are not attached, it is an attempt to hoodwink the cbse.
10. The fire extinguishers are non functional.
11. I objected to every gross violation made by the manager and in response to it i was publicly humiliated for daring to raise objections against the whims of the manager, my da was reduced from 51% to 20% and subsequently i was suspended. I have been denied the payment of gratuity. They have withheld the payment of 29 days of my els. I worked with the school as the first principal wef 26 july 2011 to 15 oct 2016. For my objections against their flouting of rules i was not given any increment for many years.
12. The school is denying admissions to the weaker sections of society unde rte act. Only 2 students have been given admissions under rte.
13. The school has hired vans for transporting students from their homes to school and back but the transport system is not in compliance of the supreme court directives.in each van more than 29 students are stuffed.
Now that i have left the jaypee group but i fear that since the school is run by a very reputed company namely jaypee group of industries, i request you to conceal my identity else they may harm me. I hope you would initiate a surprise check into the aforesaid points.
