Bill of Rs6711 for Jan”17 paid thru Ezy Bzly {JBVNL online app ezy bzly}
The above amount is paid on 24.03.2017(lately) .Rs 3.68 is internet payment charge .(Rs6714.68-Rs6711=Rs3.68) .
You know in each bill, received after this Jan”17 bill, the amount Rs 6711 is appearing with DPS(penalty as if payment not done) and getting escalated to bigger amount .Now the amount reaches to nearly Rs 8000 after 4 or 5 bills of electricity next to my payment .
There is hardly any response from JBVNL authority. They have been contacted thrice in written.Also i have talked to them quite a few times .(namely Mr Devprasad Dutta/SDO of JBVNL/[protected], Mr S.K.Singh/Sr official of JBVNL)
I'm higly in distressed situation .Kindly help me out .
