Very poor and inefficient customer support. They know nothing, inform that back end technical team will call. But, they do not call and our problem donot solve. There is no multiple option for editing our products. we have to edit each and every product which is very tedious job and leads time lost.
I have tried to contact customer support many times who will attend and connect through anydesk and consumes my time but finally disconnect the call with out resolving my issue.
I have asked them to provide their back end team or to give the higher authrorites contact mail id to detail my issues, but simply they disconnect my call.
when i send my issues through mail, they raise a ticket number and send their videos which are irrelevant to my issues. Was this information helpful? |
